Waiting to hear back from Customer Service

So far not a good experience. I accidentally order the wrong product online. I meant to order the Magnesium Glycinate and wanted to correct my order. I have left 2 voicemails with customer service and have heard nothing back. I just now emailed them again explaining my error and wanting to reorder the correct product. If I don't get a response, I will return the product once received. I can only imagine the headache that will be. I will post again when I hopefully get some answers. I'm hoping to give a better review.

Unwanted charge…

I ordered and paid for a calcium supplement in September. I then checked my bank account and found a charge a month later from this company. When I called and talked to a CS agent, (due to them not calling or emailing me back as requested), she stated she didn't see a charge for September. She also stated the business doesn't have an address in San Francisco. She requested photos. I sent a photo of debited amount and a photo of a business address in San Francisco. Hmm. I am waiting to see if I get a refund and answers. I DO Not recommend them due to this experience. I advise people to watch their bank accounts if you have ever ordered from them. They have lost a customer due to the business practices.

I might have been more inclined to…

I might have been more inclined to purchase or hear more about the products if the company rep that I dealt with had not been so incredibly rude. It was at the PPA Tournament this month in Arizona so she may have been temporary hire but still...

Great products from OO

Great products from OO, they are transparent about ingredient sourcing and post the testing results for each batch on their website. I like how they source Vit D3 from algae instead of sheeps wool. I like the new Omega 3 product that uses algae instead of fish oil (no fishy burps), and their Magnesium Glycinate works better than any other I have tried.

I’m actually a fan

I’m actually a fan. I’m older and started taking their vitamin D3. It arrived within a reasonable window and I’m about a month in and feeling great. The only thing I really hate is that their bottles are plastic. All of the other vitamins/supplements I take are in glass. I think this is a real fail for an “organic” company. Nonetheless I’m going to take it for 3 months and reassess. I love that it’s 1 small gel capsule!!!!

Disgusted!

I am very disgusted and upset with Ocean Organics. I placed an order and was notified via email that the package would arrive Aug 24...it is now Sept 1 and still nothing. When I tried to "track the package" I got a message that the postage was COUNTERFEIT!! I think that tells you all you need to know about this "scam company"!

Ordered three bottles of magnesium

Ordered three bottles of magnesium, which were to have been delivered two weeks ago. I have never received the order. They clearly took my payment, it shows on my bank statement. I have emailed them several times to inquire about the order, and they claim to have no record of the order. BUYER BEWARE!

Ocean organics is a company that over…

Ocean organics is a company that over charges for its product, 30 day supply in a bottle filled with cotton to take up the space where you could easily put 120 pills ,saving on our environment that is filled with their plastic bottles!

Absolute price gouging

Absolute scam, business model. They advertise the pristine, superiority of their products but studies into the products report high levels of lead in their magnesium. After looking into this brand, I discovered that they partner with Amazon. So I’m not surprised, since Whole Foods, owned by Amazon, their 365 organic brand has been found to have high lead levels!

Back to Ocean Organics, their Vitamin D. It will cost you a dollar + per one vitamin. A 30 day supply is $36 dollars. Oh but if you sign up for monthly auto shipment, it’s $30 a month for a 30 day supply. Shameful company.

TRASH PRODUCTS

There magnesium glycinate is useless and a complete waste of my money. Instead of relieving muscle cramps in the legs and in other areas of the body, it increased the pain. There were no changes to my sleeping patterns and the refund policy is nonexistent. You’ll be stuck with the capsules because you can return them according to the FDA food safety policies. They have really done a job scamming me out of my $$$. Times are too rough to be tricking folks out of their funds and delivering trash products. Oh! and did I mention how expensive they are?!!! this earned them a very dissatisfied consumer award from me, CONGRATS!!!🎉🥳🎊
