I had to wait 2 months before a technician came out, by that time the issue had fixed itself. The Technician was professional but because he could not find a problem anymore I needed to pay an inflated service charge. It's very suspect the internet stopped working right throught he world cup then it corrected itself directly after.

It was great and swift service from Dzenis. Obviously, he’s back in town😁

Open Infra is a deplorable, reckless company whose incompetent fiber optic installation at Silver Fox Ranch is a danger to my horses, my business, and my livelihood. They had the audacity to install a 300-foot cable from the street through my property to my house, buried a pathetic 1 inch deep, with a 12-foot section completely exposed in a horse pasture and a 3-inch-deep section near my house. This spits in the face of the 12-36 inch industry standard, putting my 10 horses at risk of catastrophic injuries like fractures that could cost tens of thousands and obliterate my equine business’s hard-earned reputation. The 3-inch-deep cable near my house is a ticking time bomb for damage from a lawnmower or foot traffic, and the exposed pasture section forces me to fence off grazing areas and burn money on safety measures. If I worked from home, I’d be out of work for three days now, staring down a useless internet connection that’s probably as reliable as their installation. It’s Friday at 5 PM, and their pathetic 8-5 Frisco office (10601 Clarence Dr, Suite 250) is conveniently closed, leaving me stranded until Monday at best. I haven’t even bothered calling their sorry excuse for a help desk because their reputation for failure precedes them. I’m switching to Starlink for internet that doesn’t endanger my ranch or my work, and I’m exploring legal action to make Open Infra pay for this disaster. This company is a walking catastrophe—avoid them unless you want your property ruined and your business gutted.
We signed a contract for fiber installation with the verbal comment that delivery should be "latest this summer". 2 years later (!) we finally received the fiber cable installation - what we didn't receive is the router from their partner Gardio so that we can actually use the internet. What we do receive are invoices for a service we can't use. The response from openinfra has been very disappointing so far: "Nothing we can do."
I highly recommend to stay away from openinfra even if it sounds like a good deal. Nothing but trouble from an incompetent and customer-unfriendly company.

Sometimes Service-Calls are a bit slow, because of occupied lines. But in the end it works. Friendly and effizient Workers!
Why only 4 stars? It‘s always so, that quality can made better!😁

I have an installation contract, and they were supposed to install my fiber months ago. Now, it has been almost two years, and there is no response or timeline on when I can expect it.

I have signed up with open infra in the early stages when they were scouting how many people would be interested to get their services. When the installation date came they have scheduled an install date and were very professional…. Until they were not… long story short after my 4th appointment(this means 4 days wasted waiting around for them) they still couldn’t manage to install. This is starting to feel like a joke. It seems like the company is managed by incompetent people who can’t manage to fulfil an easy install( they have reassured me several time that the install is easy and should be finished within 30 minutes) After being let down by the fourth time I lost all confidence in the company. It is a shame because they seemed like a promising alternative to Virgin. I guess I was wrong.
Very nice contact, very understanding and helpful, thank you

Was helped by Nicolas L. Great, swift and efficient, polite and very kind support received from him (in English).

Now offline for nearly two weeks. No updated from openinfra for four days. Customer service doesn't answer most of the the questions I've asked and answers the rest with unhelpful short responses. No idea when I'm going to be getting back online.
I know the problem was caused by vandalism to one of their sites, however the company's security responsibilities are not my problem, nor is having redundancy in the system for major failures. Simply not good enough for today's society when people and businesses are often run from home. The alternative is to pay for vast amounts of expensive data via mobile providers (so why bother with broadband at all?) or to commute at extremely high costs financially and to the environment.
Don't provide the service if you're not set up to actually deliver it!! This is an essential utility, not a "nice to have" luxury.

If I didn't need to leave one star then I would not . They have been completely appalling from start to finish. They do not communicate . They have taken forever to install the cables and still have not done this, despite telling us they would on numerous occasions. We have bow given up. I dread to think what their support system is when their set up service is so disgusting bad.

This company descended upon my neighbourhood like bats outta hell. They showed up at my door step several times, despite the fact that I plainly stated that I wasn’t interested. The apparent agreement was that if enough people in my neighbourhood signed a contract, they would lay the lines. Unfortunately, I live around elders who couldn’t see this company for the scam that it is. When they installed the lines, they completely tore up the front yard sod I had, destroying my lawn. Ever since then, I have barely any internet connection. It’s like they installed some type of block on other companiesand. I see Spectrum truck up and down the streets every day. This company is absolutely deplorable. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would.

Before signing with this company you should really do yourself a favor and check out their Swedish Trustpilot.
Use Google translate and read about how most of Open Infra customers really feel about this company.
Regarding the agreement, the actual work of installation, the subpar equipment they charge you for, their employees, the contractors, sales techniques or even regarding the quality of the internet, or lack of rather.
This company has charged higher prices for ALL of their Swedish customers and shut off internet if customers dont pay up.
In complete disregard of signed agreements.
This has happened not once but twice.
This company has been on the news several times in its native country of Sweden because of its illegal ways of doing business.
Among other things its been listed as one of the worst companies in Sweden because of how many times customers have pressed charges against them.
The founder of this company has a real shady background and has previously been barred from even having a company in Sweden.
When the truth of this shady business comes out, the founder simply throw some associate under the bus and keep going like it never happened.
Read their Swedish Trustpilot and form your own opinion if this is a happy customer base you would like to be part of.
If Open Infra treats their native Swedish customers this way, would you really want to be stuck in an agreement with them?
Happy New Years!

Over two months of call open infra—15 times at least. Velocity speed 30% what it should be and I can’t use. Kept Spectrun just in case. So glad I did waiting for the “fix”. Several technicians have come by telling me something is wrong. Fiber broken, node needs to be replaced… speed still bad 256 download 108 upload speed . Not the GiG promised.
Sumo threatening me to shut off my internet if I don’t pay for terrible internet. Called Sumo fiber 8 times with the problem. They blame Open air. Open air blames them. It’s a joke.
Just about to give up…my neighbor called to see how I liked them. They are going up and down our street selling and promising and not delivering. There is a bad fiber and they no it or just don’t care. Selling everyone a bad service and knowing there is an issue… is that ethical? Good service? I called last week they esculated my problem for the fourth or 5th time and put urgent a week latter.. no call, no service… new ticket number for repair. We shall see. Last chance open air to get things done right… maybe I need to go door to door like them selling this service… go door to door throughout my neighborhood convincing people not to use their service. That is what I would like to do but I need to take the high road and do what is right and not come down to a low level. Frustrated. Worst experience with a service company I have ever had…

I received the first contract via post after a few months received the second within day open infra cut my internet connection. When I called to ask what was the problem they say I need a service technician to come out but I needed to sign the contract before I could get help. Disgraceful antics!!

I got a monthly fee of 18 sek to be paid suddenly in Faktura. I paid a 25000-sek fixed cost without any monthly cost. I created a case and now I am not getting any reply from open infra. This is scamming people because it was clearly mentioned that with this contract that I signed there will not be any extra fees per month later.
Update 11/10/2023:
Open Infra responded by referring to a clause. When installation was being discussed, they clearly highlighted over the phone multiple times that they would not charge anything extra, i.e., there would not be any sort of per month payment after this.
Update 11/12/2023:
They are not now responding to any questions regarding any amount etc.

After several years with fiberinstallation, Open Infra is now sending out letters with "threats" saying if we dont accept a monthly fee for service and support they will shut down our internet connection. This is not agreed from our side and totaly not accepteble since the ISP is paying for this service already.
Edit. Still after five days after receiving my personal information there are no contact taken. Maybe because they can’t find any contract between me and Open Infra. I have also since six days been waiting for a response on my email to OI. Very bad…

They sold enough people in our neighborhood to allow them access and now there are torn up yards, broken sprinklers and 5 foot giant green "cabinets" everywhere. The only thing there isn't? Customer service to know what is going on, when we can remove the flags from our yards, when they're cleaning up and why no one was told about the eyesore vertical boxes everywhere. Reading the other reviews now, I'm not surprised. Do not recommend.
After I posted this review, they reached out here stating they'd like to follow-up. I responded immediately. That was 10+ days ago. No follow-up. Don't be fooled by them.

All I can say run away. Signed up back in December 2022. Called on 10/04/2023 asking when then installations were going to take place in our area as we were told it would be in the spring of 2023. They said that an installer would be out on 10/06/2023. The installer they sent out was late, rude and very disrespectful. Called customer service and they had a supervisor come out. He assured me things would be taken care of and we rescheduled the instal of the house box. 10/09/2023 an installer was supposed be be her in the morning. No one showed up and called customer service yet again. They had another supervisor come out and we rescheduled yet again for 10/13/2023 for the morning. Again a no show. Called customer service and the first supervisor that came out showed up at 3:50 pm with an attitude saying he called around 1:30 pm. I received no call or message left. As we talked about the install, he started to get rude and concending. I proceeded to cancel the install as I will not deal with a company that lets its employees to treat customers in this way. I called to cancel complet with them and it took 12 minutes to get them to cancel us. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from them.
