I was having a really hard time trying to fiqure out what to get my boyfriend for an anniversary gift. I came across the record canvas, which was a brilliant idea cause he is such a huge music fan. When I ordered it, I had used a RUSH song, with our first date picture and a message to my boyfriend. It came out AMAZING and he absolutely loved it. I loved how Oh Canvas sent you a preview of everything to make sure it was what I wanted, the first time it wasn't fully correct and they were very good about working with you, to make it perfect. So, the communication was very good. I loved how they shipped out quickly, the packaging was done very well, it came with no issues at all. I highly recommend Oh Canvas and will be buying again in the near future. Thanks guys!

My husband loves his anniversary gift! It’s unique and special to our relationship. The quality of the product is exceptional. It arrived just as advertised and looks even better in person! Originally, they sent me a confirmation email with an anniversary date different from what I entered, when I placed the order. I made them aware of this via email and they were responsive and assured me that the issue had been corrected. I was a little skeptical but it arrived perfectly! I would definitely order from them again.

They contacted me to make sure the picture I sent was ok as it had a screen blocking view, but that’s what I wanted and they did it Perfect! I loved it and it was an awesome gift for a friend that lost their pet. Arrived in short time and was so beautiful it made my heart happy!

The product is great. Customer service is a nightmare. They do not have humans respond to questions and concerns. They use an AI program which is very frustrating. I have ordered three products from OhCanvas but have been disappointed by their AI generated responses. It is virtually impossible to speak to a human representative.

What made my experience great with this company?
They actually sent me a preview of the gift I was ordering. When I told them I didn’t like something they actually changed the picture and asked me again what I thought about it. Unbelievable customer service! I wish more companies were like this. Knowing what wonderful experience I have had with them, not only would I purchase something from them again, I plan to let others know what an unusual but amazing experience I have had with them. Thank you so very much.

I got the “Waiting by the door” Memorial for my dog. The quality of the canvas was very poor. It’s a “coarse” canvas that make the photo look pixelated and unclear. I shared my disappointment with the company. They said to send photos of the canvas. I did. That was three days ago. They haven’t responded to my follow up. Very disappointed. I love the poem, the layout. But the quality is very poor and not satisfactory.
