Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 127 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Consumers felt trapped by excessive repayment demands, pointing out that bi-weekly deductions applied almost entirely to mounting interest rather than the principal amount. Many explained that despite making multiple payments, their outstanding balances barely decreased, leaving them in a cycle of debt. Some reviewers were not happy with the poor customer service, describing representatives as unhelpful and difficult to deal with during inquiries. Individuals also highlighted aggressive communication methods, such as unexpected phone calls made directly to their workplaces regarding account statuses. Furthermore, customers warned others about unusual bank verification requests and automated systems that failed to provide clear contract terms.

They have called me 6 times in 2 hours and I'm not even who they are looking for! They are relentless and aggressive and I explained my phone number does not belong to the person they're calling for. Definitely not a good biz to work with.

Do not do business with this company

I signed the documents for $1500 but only $1050 got deposited. The payments were supposed to be $65 and some change, weekly. The first payment was $54.94, but the deposited amount was lower so I believed the payments would be lowered due to that.
Now I’m being told they will be withdrawing $165.79 WEEKLY. I did not agree to these arrangements. And only $10 of each payment goes toward the principal loan amount.
I also emailed myself a copy of the documents, but when I open that email it only takes me to their site, not the documents. There’s absolutely no option in your account to view your documents.
They are also taking the money out on Thursdays when I clearly indicated my payday as Friday. Now I’m incurring additional bank fees having to pay for an early deposit of my check!
Steer clear of this company.

Applied for a loan for a serious…

Applied for a loan for a serious medical expense. Got approved for $800. Talked to a lady on the phone. I asked over and over what were the terms and conditions. She told me they would be emailed to me if I got approved for originally the $1500 I asked for. I never received an email. The next day I received $800 in my account! My payment was $246 only $10 dollars went towards my principal!!!!! I called customer service she said I signed an agreement when applying for the loan on the phone and the lady sent me a text and told me to hit I accept to get my offer sent over she does not handle the terms and conditions! I never signed ANY agreement. I clicked on a link to see if I was approved for the loan I applied for is what was stated to me! So, I waited on an email to go over terms and conditions. The email never arrived, but they sure did deposit $800 in my account then added the payment and my payment date and what actually went to my principal!! Do the math on this one! DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM! Like I told the lady take that $800 back asap! I don’t want it. I’ll find another way to pay my bill!! Then had the nerve say after I pay back the loan I owe $27 tomorrow for my payment after my principal for my first payment!!!

ABSOLUTELY A PREDATORY LOAN

ABSOLUTELY a predatory loan. I hate I had to do it but I had a family member in need. Please if you don't have to get this then DON'T! The fees versus principal is so high it's not worth it. I'm so embarrassed I put myself in this situation.

On a 750 loan at 122 a week that goes…

On a 750 loan at 122 a week that goes into my bank account, I paid back a total of 244 dollars, but they said I only paid 20...I am feeling so frustrated because the math on my recent loan repayment just isn't adding up at all. Even though I have paid back hundreds, the lender is claiming that almost none of it has been credited to my balance. It feels like my money just vanished into thin air somewhere between my bank account and their office

NEVER use this company!!

NEVER use this company!!! The interest rates are EXTREMELY high and you will find yourself paying them longer than you expected! I had taken out a loan for $400 and they are STILL withdrawing from my account!!! So please DO NOT take out a loan through these people. I really need to stop relying on limited info about certain companies!

SCAM

I applied with them, they harassed me for days even calling my job. I finally decided to take the loan and was told I was approved and should expect the funds by 6pm that day or by the next morning. I never received the money after linking all of my bank information. I called and keep getting a repeated message saying I was declined at this time. I had to call from a separate number to get a live representative who only repeated what the automated system said. Then waited on hold for a supervisor for 45 mins just for the phone to hang up and the number I just called with could no longer reach a representative I got the automated message again!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!
