Excellent Experience with Marwah Travels – Special Thanks to Sister “Hooria!”

I had an excellent experience with Marwah Travels, especially with sister Hooria, who provided outstanding support throughout the UAE tourist visa application process for my parents whose are US permanent residents and Bangladeshi citizens. But unfortunately visa wasn’t approved due to UAE visa restrictions on Bangladeshi citizens! Which made me so upset!!! But Alhumdolliha!!! I urge to UAE 🇦🇪 government to lift the ban over Bangladeshi citizens!

Sister Hooria was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the UAE visa procedures clearly and answered all my questions in detail. She carefully collected all the required documents from me, reviewed and checked everything thoroughly, and made sure the application was properly prepared before submission.

What I appreciated most was her excellent communication. Hooria kept me updated at every stage of the visa process and promptly shared the status and feedback regarding my application. Her patience, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire process much easier and less stressful.

I truly appreciate Sister Hooria’s professionalism and customer service. Marwah Travels is very fortunate to have someone like Hooria on their team. I highly recommend Marwah Travels to anyone looking for reliable and professional travel and visa assistance.

Thank you, Sister Hooria, for all your help and support!

I am truly grateful to Marwah Travels Umrah for providing such an exceptional experience during our Umrah journey on July 2, 2026. I traveled from the USA with my two children and my mother, and from the very beginning, the service was smooth, professional, and caring.

A special thank you to Ahmed, who facilitated and arranged everything so efficiently and kindly. He made the entire journey much easier for our family and was always helpful throughout the process.

The transportation arrangements were excellent as well. The drivers assigned to us provided reliable and comfortable service from the airport to Madinah, from Madinah to Makkah, and during our Ziyarat visits in both Makkah and Madinah. They spoke English, were respectful and accommodating, and treated us with the level of care and attention you would expect from a VIP service.

Traveling with children and an elderly parent can sometimes be challenging, but Marwah Travels made our journey comfortable and stress-free. Their professionalism, kindness, communication, and attention to detail truly stood out.

I honestly and highly recommend Marwah Travels Umrah to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring Umrah travel service. May Allah reward the entire team, especially Ahmed, for their excellent service and make it a means of blessing for them. Jazakum Allahu Khairan!

I highly recommend Sister Horia ! She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of choosing an Umrah package. She gave me all the information I needed, answered every question I had—often in less than 20minutes—and always followed up with me to make sure everything was going well.

Her kindness, patience, professionalism, and quick responses made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. I truly appreciate all her help and guidance.

I highly recommend Sister Horia, and her team to anyone looking for an Umrah package. You will be in great hands! ❤️🕋

It was a pleasure working with Hasnat. Initially it started with discussions around Umrah but for some reasons we had to change it to a local US NYC and Niagara trip. Hasnat was communicating with us all the way through making sure we had the best details on hotels and flights and even guided us when there were weather rates flight delays. I am definitely looking forward to plan my next travel with Hasnat

It was my first experience with Marwah Travels and it was such a great experience with them. I travelled with my son and they made our journey to the Holiest Places on earth so great. Everything was so organized. Our hotels were just on walking distance from both Holy Places. I really appreciate to Brother Hasnat who made our Holy journey so special provided us a great package along with his great customer services. Even though we didn’t have any kind of issues over there but still he was in touch with us all the time during our Holy journey. Definitely I strongly recommend Marwah Travels to everyone.

I had a really great experience with marwahtracelsumrah for my first Uhmrah my Uhmrah was planned perfectly just the way I want it but we didn’t like our hotel in Medina but the one in Makkah absolutely worth it and we had a really great tour guide who were all patient with us I think I can still count about 4 tour guides who helped us during our Ziharat.thank you for the wonder Time Marwah travels

Ma Shaa Allah Hasnat is very knowledgeable. He created the best Umrah package for us 10/10 recommend.

Great service, tour guide was very detailed and knowledgeable! Logistics were on point! I highly recommend Marwahtravel.

I had my first ever umrah with them and I liked it

My wife and I just came back from another Umrah. Everything went GREAT again. Thanks to brother AHMED (booking) and brother IRTAZA (customer service on the ground in Saudi Arabia).
The ground transportation team lead by brother IRTAZA was awesome. He really impressed me. For instance, when the driver assigned to us for the trip Makkah to Madinah left me a message saying he will arrive 1 hour late, I forwarded the message to brother IRTAZA. He responded not to worry at all. He sent a local taxi driver right away. I am sure that costs Marwah Travels more money than using their own driver. It shows that they cared more about us (the customers).
It's always a pleasure using this agency. We are looking forward for more trips, In'Sha'Allah.

This Umrah and Hajj company was very reliable and efficient in ensuring my journey was smooth and successful. Brother Ahmad and the team were always available to help, consistently following up and providing support whenever needed.

Their booking process was straightforward, and their customer service was excellent throughout. I truly felt cared for and supported every step of the way.

I would definitely recommend this company to others and would happily use their services again in the future in sha Allah

Asalamualikum brother Ahmad. JazakAllah khair for everything. Everything was perfect, and we truly had a wonderful time. We also kept you in our prayers. Thank you as well for your quick and clear communication really appreciated.

It was excellent trips transportation were very helpful to pick up us from airport to hotel, to visit ziarats in Makkah and Madina monawara. Hotels were very convenient location. Thank so Mr. Ahmad.

I was looking for umrah for last 10 days of Ramadan, I received many quotes from different agents but Marwah Travels Umrah helped me more -specially the agent HASNAT- by choosing different dates and flights and gave me more suggestions that would help me at
my trip.
Thank you for your business.
