I ordere a katalysator for my citroen ds3..it took long to deliver and the part doesnt Fit! I had to make adjustments..
After driving the error p0420 returned and with the odb analyser we tested and conclude that the Kat is bogus and does not work at all..i took some time to test it again so i was certain that this was the case and then i demanded my money back and this company refuses. Bad shop, bad service, bad delivery, bad responsibility.

You have one chance to return my money, otherwise I will keep posting bad reviews..you response to my requests shows your bad intent.

Good customer service. The item I ordered didn't arrive in the first shipping (transportation company's fault), but it was sent again quickly.

I found the part i needed for my car. The part was new and the price/quality ratio was good.
And i received my order earlier than expected

Only received one item while ordered two, contacted support about it, had a fast reply.
They proposed a refund or to send the missing item.

Received the refund in few days.

Parts were not fitting properly, had to cut parts, make new holes for screws to go in and there were spaces between parts and between the front light and the front part.
Paint job was good though.
It's way too expensive for the quality.

Not a European company, it ships from China.
It takes too long.

If you want a bargain, buy it from China yourself.

Shipping was fast to Spain, took a week. Item as described and email updates were useful.
