Best rental company I have ever seen
I was recently in miami and Rented a car from Miles Car Rental and had a really great experience. The whole process was quick and easy, the car was super clean, and everything was exactly as promised. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions without trying to upsell me. And the most important thing is , which i like the most was thr way they talk with the customer and the beauty of humanity. Prices were better than a lot of the bigger rental companies I looked at too. I'll definitely be using Miles Car Rental again next time I need a car and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy hassle free rental.really this is the best rental service provider I have ever seen .

Cannot contact customer service easily. They are coupled with E travel assist but cannot communicate with them either. I was sent a voucher number but it looks like it doesn’t exist.

My experience was not the best
My experience was not the best. First of all, I had to wait in line for over an hour to be served, and the air conditioning was not working because it was very hot. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and informed us that there would be a one-hour wait for the car. I was surprised but accepted it.
After he finished dealing with us, we went outside, and the wait was even longer. There were people still waiting outside who had left the line inside while we were at the back. We ended up waiting outside in the heat for two and a half hours. I was so upset and frustrated that I asked for my money back or to upgraded and was told there was no more upgrade.. They told me they were waiting for cars and explained that it was Labor Day weekend. I told them that was not my problem and questioned why they overbooked if they couldn't handle it.
To top it off, the lady who was calling out people's names suddenly walked off without any explanation. This was my first time renting from Thrifty, and it will definitely be my last.
