I ordered my litterbox on September 20th but did not receive it until 3 weeks later.

You communicated through till product delivered.

My liter box arrived broken there is no customer service number - I have replied to my email twice with no reply and I put in a request for customer service to contact me - no reply! I am so disappointed I purchased from this company! Who will not reply to a $200+ item arrived broken!

Package arrived a couple days earlier than expected. Set up was easy and I really like the option to hook it up to wifi so I can keep track of how many times it is used and if it is full. Only small issue was putting the bin bag on properly. The little grooves to hook the bag onto don't work really well, and it took a few times to get it to not read FULL with the bag on well enough to not slide off when putting the bin back in place.

Good customer service after reaching out, great product, cats like it and fits them. Four stars for delayed shipping and no tracking number. With that said would buy again.

So far my cat loves the SC10 and its big enough that he doesn’t go to the bathroom on the sides. It holds a lot so I’m not emptying as frequently as my previous litter robot.

Never received the product so nothing to review. Company unwilling to contact or help me rectify this fedex has no clue where it is. No idea on the product. but I know the company is very unhelpful.

In addition to great customer service, Meowant is an outstanding auto litter product. The auto features are more efficient and therefore use less litter. Our introduction was with the #02 quiet models in bedrooms, for which we never have a mechanical issue or any smell. I am so excited for the new #10 large front waste drawer model because that format works for our cat rescue setup. Added 4 of those larger units to the rescue yesterday, reducing my work!

I'm really not happy with the 2 new Cat litter boxes # MW-SC10 I just received. My daughter had gifted me a smaller box recently that I love because it was easy to set up and weighs all 4 of my cats and lets me know when they use the box, But not these 2 new ones. several problems... after set them both up with the Wi-Fi one of them kicked off , they don't let me know when the cat uses the box and it doesn't weigh them. Having 4 cats 3 being seniors this is important to me so I can track them. And when I told my Veterinarian about these options they felt that was good. I wouldn't recommend the MC- SC10 at All

Easy to order and good communication throughout the process. Delivered on time and this new box is better than my first meowant purchase.

Fast delivery, works great my cat & kittens learned right away, very quiet

So far, so good! Have had it a few days, and one cat is still getting used to it.
FYI- I was unsure if there were bags included in the first order, so I did order more. There is a box included. Happy that there will be extra!

This has been a great experience and the product arrived securely to the correct address. No problems with ordering, a smooth process the whole way. Timely too! So far a great company. Now to set up the new large litter box!

After getting a hole in the bottom pan of my litter box, they were kind enough to replace the drum promptly. I love supporting a company who takes care of their customers. Thanks for your help!

First one was a little slow but I knew there was a delay beforehand. Second one came very quickly. I bought a second because this is a very nice litter box. After having 2 litter robots these are sooo much easier and cleaner.
