I was accepted into the group no questions asked. Sat with the Rambunctious Member who made it easy for me to fit in. It was very well planned for a Casual experience.

For amazing guided walks in London, Barrie always goes the "extra mile" LOL. He loves to pack in anecdotes, where possible personal to him and you will learn a lot whilst having fun, quite often as tourist in your own city! Yes, no need to fly off for a city break somewhere when you can explore an unfamiliar area here [or even if you've been through places before but take the time to ponder]. Meet Barrie and friendly people on the way. I highly recommend these walks, running both through this group on Meetup and "Back in the Day" walks directly through Barrie! Fantastic! :-0)

Its the best way to socialize in a new place/country and meet new people with same interests.

The Coordinator Cindy Stevens is excellent. She chooses interesting events, is very pleasant and thorough in her instructions and feedback! The participants are also pleasants with many interests.

35 and Over Social Club is a fun, easygoing Meetup group. The group makes it easy to just show up & be yourself. Just drinks & bites in this dynamic city, plus fun new activities to try out, and chill people in a welcoming, easy vibe. I attend their Meetups comfortably solo, and I can bring friends too.

First, it is well organized and really educational. There is only a few photography workshop like this and this is the one. It is emphasized on studio lighting. It is also unique because a lot of other workshops are more natural light. The selected model was great. It is a good learning for studio lighting for all levels. You may learn similar studio lighting from YouTube but you cannot get the similar interaction in local hosted workshop.

Meet Up was a wonderful idea, after 911 as a means of people reconnecting. I feel there are too many people in it just for their own ego.

meetup.com is a platform which enables social or particular interest groups to communicate with their members and also to attract members. Group members can also see groups on the platform that may appeal to them. Some group members pay Meetup a subscription for additional benefits. I belong to just one group at the moment and pay a membership fee to that group but don't directly pay
Meetup. I think Meetup gives a good service.

Waiting for a valid tax invoice over a week now and still no response from the support. It doesn't say well about their customer support.

I have been with meet up for years. I didn’t cost me anything for connecting. One day I looked at my account and they charged on my credit card $169.00. I did nothing no different. I contacted apple and they said to contact meetup. I called them and they denied it and put it on Apple. Just a few minutes ago again it said Pa you just stated a new trail. People please watch you accounts they are taking your money out of your account and not giving it back. They owe me from 3 years ago. My number is 214-404-8965. I just tried to send a request but it won’t let me submit

The meeting started promptly, the hosts were very warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and full of high energy! I got to speak live in a breakout room and to gove a 45 second elevator pitch. I really enjoyed and and learned tips about networking!
