It took forever to get samples and they only got shipped after I emailed again asking about them. Too late now to order new carpet for the boat and I’m not sure I would order from this company.

Samples arrived in a reasonable amount of time and all inquiries have been answered almost immediately. We will be ordering our carpeting from you shortly.

contacted Matworks looking for custom floor mats for my 1996 Toyota T100, a nearly 30-year-old truck for which good fitting mats are becoming difficult to find. From the beginning, Andrea went far beyond what I expected from customer service.

Instead of simply telling me what they could or couldn’t make, Andrea worked with me to find a solution. She spoke with Mike, sent me full-size plastic templates so I could test the fit in my actual truck, provided material/color samples, and helped work through my concern about keeping the mats securely in place without modifying the original carpet.

What impressed me most was that this was not a huge order. I was just a stranger trying to protect the carpet in an old Toyota, but Andrea and Mike treated my little project like it mattered. That kind of customer service is increasingly rare.

The communication throughout the process was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend Matworks to anyone looking for custom automotive mats, especially for an older or unusual vehicle.

So far so good. Design was perfect, carpet looks great. It was done soon than I expected. Its hard to give a long term review as I just recieved it. Ill cross my fingers.

Doesn’t fit and the binding is the wrong color

Super communication and service. The pattern I needed for a 2006 Larson Senza 206 wasn't listed on the website. I called and they sent the dimensions of the pattern I needed via email; I verified the pattern.... ordered and it fit perfectly and looks fantastic! Ended up needing two more snaps (I ruined three). I email them about my predicament and extra snaps showed up a few days later....no questions asked. I highly recommend this company!

Great quality. Actually early delivery.

We purchased new snap-in carpet for our Sea-Doo Challenger 180 and we are completely satisfied. Wonderful carpet, good price, and they sent the snaps for us to install in the proper location. Maybe one thing they could have done better is recommend a snap tool to install the snaps because the one I had wasn't big enough for the angle and I ordered another one and it worked just fine. Not a complaint just a suggestion.

My back piece of carpet is 3" too short. And the table hole cut out needs to be moved back 3 "

Great Customer Service with Andrea, she got it fabricated it had it shipped within about 3 days. The quality was excellent, and the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Matworks. I will definitely use them in the future.

Overall pretty solid. Got here a little quicker than originally expected. The fine details of the carpet I ordered were a little rough. You can tell someone didnt take their time to make some of the trims. But overall a good product and brought life back to my boat.
