The best thing about my experience was having Aybars Ozdol as my designer. He made me feel as if I were his only customer and provided excellent service and advice in a positive and unhurried manner. He also work hard to provide excellent service through the delivery and was available to talk with me when I had last-minute questions and had to make a rush order. The selection at Marble Systems was also top-notch. The only recommendation I would have for your business is to rename it Marble and Tile Systems as I was unaware that you had such an extensive tile selection as well as marble/granite, etc.

Jonathan at Marble Systems is truly a gem! He is incredibly pleasant to work with, thorough, responsive, and always provides exceptional customer service. He has helped us secure slabs in both NY and NJ, even going above and beyond to coordinate with a sister company on our behalf.

His attention to detail and quick follow-ups never go unnoticed, and we’re so grateful to have found him. If you visit Marble Systems, definitely ask for Jonathan—you’ll be in great hands!

This was a huge purchase for me and very stressful worrying about the process, working with multiple fabricators and trying to find the best and most affordable way to get the slab to me. Aybars was my representative and he was so patient with me! He kept answering all my questions and was willing to work with anyone I sent his way. In the end he held out a lot longer than he should have because he knew this was the only slab for me and I had my heart set on it. I’m grateful for his help and knowledge and I’m very confident the shipping process and receipt will leave me with counters we will love for generations.

Aybars has helped me with my primary bathroom project and now with kitchen backsplash. He is very friendly and provides excellent advice.

Jonathan Del Pino of NJ was wonderful in helping me procure samples beyond what was offered directly from the website. He was also instrumental in reducing the shipping costs, which were prohibitive initially, despite delivery being in-state. If the company could reduce them further, that would be very helpful, especially when considering that other companies often offer free shipping, even for out-of-state deliveries. The website was not always accurate either, but Jonathan went out of his way to help me and made what would have otherwise been a foregone attempt to procure samples a successful one instead.

I’m very happy and pleased with Marble Systems in Fairfax. All staff are nice and professional. Especially Ms. Jelena. She is very patient and helpful. She showed me and my wife a very caring attitude.
I had a previous experience with Marble Systems back in 2010. Their marble is the best in the market and their price is competitive.

Customer service is very poor. They are not friendly or helpful. I waited to speak to the receptionist for quite some time while she talked to a friend. It was clearly not a business call. Gave up and walked out. Those that work there are arrogant and "act" like they know everything and you are nobody if they do speak to you. Course and very crude manner, with a denigrating sort of nature.

As an industry professional that has worked with many distributors over the past 25+ years, I have to say few companies have cause me as much consistent frustration as working with Marble Systems has. While their products are beautiful, their quality control and customer service is absolutely terrible. Orders are often placed wrong, on their end, or shipments arrive in poor condition. Freight is extremely expensive and not competitive within the industry at all. There are frequently availability issues that have caused us to have to redesign spaces for clients after designs were finalized. Most recently, our new rep, refuses to help us and doesn't want me contacting her, she only wants us to deal with the inside office team, rather than helping us with issues herself. So as a dealer, we basically have no representation. When we had a good rep we knew if there were issues at least he would help get them sorted out. But now we don't even have that. This was the final straw for us and is causing us to look for alternative sources.
