I’m very pleased with LawnStarter’s service! The team(Damian) was professional, reliable, and did a great job taking care of my lawn. I appreciate their attention to detail and the convenience they provide. One area for improvement would be to maintain consistent communication and keep customers updated on service schedules. Overall, I’m happy with their service and would gladly recommend them to others!

The lawn guys were here at my house today between rain storms to cut the lawn. They are quick and considerate. Very dependable.

CHIS was on time and did a good job with the limited walk-behind push mower. I think he needs better lawn tractor. Weeding I was happy with. I have 150 feet of split-rail fence. I weed killer around the fence and sidewalk on my corner.

I deeply regret not checking BBB before hiring this company. I needed my lawn cut quickly as it had gotten overgrown and they said they could get it done for a decent amount and that week too. They no-showed on me multiple times, despite being reached out to again and again until they finally assigned a "super pro" to take care of us. They DID show up and then proceeded to destroy our water line, internet line, and damage our AC unit, leaving us without internet, water, or AC in Florida. The "pro" also turned off our water to the house to hide the damage that had been done, which wasn't effective as he hit below the off valve and it was spraying water everywhere leading to my spouse having to locate and turn off the main valve from the street, which involved digging and crawling around in the dirt and grass, which they are allergic to with now no water to clean themselves.

We did get everything repaired via our landlord but were charged for the damages to the water line. We also had to take multiple days off work to make sure we were there for the repair people to get the work done. This led to loss of income/time off, which has had us miss bills and other issues. Luckily my landlord was understanding and waived the fees as we got this resolved and I am waiting for my reimbursement for the water line. They refused to do anything further for us despite the issues they made to our lives.

They also added fees due to high grass and other issues, which were true, but were not calculated when I first agreed to the service despite me telling them the grass was overgrown. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This is the first time I had a legit lawncare service and my experience sucked!! Lawnstarter rescheduled my services so many times I lost count. I've been rescheduled 3x in one week. I live in a community with an HOA and since I've had Lawnstarter, I've received 3 notices regarding my lawn because of the rescheduling. It was really bad. My pro's keep changing. Horrible service. My last pro JD landscaping was grrrreat!!!

Great service and fast! Open to feedback on service…highly recommended if you need lawn services!

Helpful and easy to use

I have been using LawnStarter all summer. This is the first year that I have used them. I had one person assigned to me and they were no longer able to come, and LawnStarter found me another professional, who after a couple of visits could no longer come and then they found me, Joseph Joseph has been coming for the majority of the summer. He is dependable and through LawnStarter if he needs to change the dates for some particular reason, I am notified and if I need to change the dates I can do that through LawnStarter Joseph shows up when he says he’s going to show up. He does a professional job he does it quickly. he does it accurately just the way that I expect it to be. I have had a great experience using LawnStarter and a great experience with my professional Joseph and I’m very pleased.

My Lawn was cut to perfection. I would love to do business with them next spring.
