The worst company around
The worst company around. Absolute scam artists, accepting my application to then rejecting it at last minute. Laughing and joking and very rude on phone when I rang to ask why. I’ve been told by a few people you do this a lot and I advise anyone looking at these reviews to not go for these crooks. I’ve had 20/30 missed calls from all sorts of credit agencies since applying for these scum bags. Do not listen to the false replies they give people

To clear a couple of things up: we're authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (the financial services regulator in the UK), and because of this we have a duty to lend responsibly. We didn't accept your application and then reject it, we assessed it and let you know we couldn't offer a loan. We also have no record of any calls with you about this, and we don't share your details with credit agencies beyond a standard credit search with TransUnion, so any other calls you're getting won't be from us. We're sorry we couldn't help this time.

Do not recommend
Useless app. They send you an email to sign up and then when you click on the link; it takes you right back to the sign up page. Customer service too does not respond. Waste of time

Service rubbish
Applied for a loan a few weeks and can’t seem to get anywhere as they are saying due to high demand they have applications on pause so that’s not really good service is it
