made me visit their store over 70 miles away from my home to pick up a transmission I paid for and you never had! Wasted my time. Before heading out I verified by calling that my purchase was ready and I was told it was. Rented a pick up and had friends to help pick up transmission. You had nothing ready for me. I had to travel another 30 miles to find another store in order to not come home empty handed. No remorse from your associates.

The engine I received was in EXCELLENT condition ! The guys at JDM engine zone were very honest. I originally purchased an engine from them but it wasn’t to their standards so they did not sale it to me. I waited a week & they reached back out with another top notch engine. It was delivered without issue & they communicated everything properly through the whole process

The company shipped the engine pretty quickly which is good, the only thing is the engine came delivered on its side, the strap that held the engine down broke during transport, but overall the engine came in the condition as pictured from the original sale.

Website pictures need to be upgraded to inventory
You guys have to update your website inventory because I purchased an engine on your website of $899.00 and when I sent to pick it up you guys sent me one that I saw on your website for like $400.00. I specifically paid for the more expensive because it looked cleaned compared to the least expensive.

Externals and plugs damaged.
Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast but the externals on the engine were heavily damaged leading to a long road ahead of finding and ordering parts from Japan. Only thing I ask is that you ask your importers to take better care of removing the engine.

I got sold a broken engine with a knocking rod. But since it was installed just outside the warranty I will probably not be getting another engine.

Bad experience
Motor was semi locked up. Took a lot fo work to get free. A lot of items on engine were broken. Engine looked older than expected especially for price paid.

This is my second time using engines…
