My bad but they fixed!
I accidentally clicked purchase before I was finished reviewing my order and realized I had over spent a little so I immediately emailed customer service and they replied and were able to correct it for me before the order was completed and shipped. That was very helpful and they did it all happily and without any issues whatsoever. I’ve also had a couple of returns in the past and they have been so helpful and never any judgment are frustration or anything. They’ve just been extremely helpful. I have developed trust with Jaxxon. I’m anxious to get my new order and I feel it will be perfect after trying out a couple of different items. Thanks, Jaxxon!

I’m really not satisfied at all with my experience
I’m really not satisfied at all with my interaction. I don’t feel like the customer service rep was the problem per se but the process and what I was told needed to happen for my warranty exchange was absolutely ridiculous, the turnaround time is absurd.

Helpful Customer Service
I had an Issue with my order where the wrong chain length was selected by me. Immediately reached out and the email bot was not helpful since I selected engraving. It was also the weekend, so no live rep was available im assuming. This morning Sofia resolved the issue quickly and was incredibly polite and communicative.
