Inktuitive - Canvas Wall Art Reviews 

I still haven’t received my print of The Delicate Arch. I have emailed customer support several times and no one ever gets back to me or responds. I don’t think I’ll ever get my picture, so beware.

I ordered from Inktuitive and the print I received looks nothing like the advertised photo. The website image shows a clean black-and-white print, but mine arrived with purple/grey shading, poor print quality, and blown-out/grainy details.

I submitted a return request April 29th on their webform, followed up on May 1st and May 4th, but have received no response despite their 24-hour customer service claim. After seeing similar Trustpilot reviews, I’m very concerned I won’t get my refund.

Please respond to my return request Inktuitive.

I ordered a canvas from these people and when the canvas arrived it was severely damaged. I understand that the damage wasn’t caused by them but the simple fact that I’ve emailed them 4 times, messaged them on FB messenger, and have yet to receive a reply in any way. Their website says we typically reply in 24 hours. My first email was Monday which was 5 days ago so to not receive any kind of reply in 5 days is absurd. I don’t even want them to replace my canvas at this point I just want a refund. If there was a way to give zero stars that’s what they would have gotten. I’d say order from London Gray if you want good wall art and customer service.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from ever. There’s absolutely no way to reach anyone. They don’t provide a phone number they don’t answer emails or Facebook or Instagram messages. I ordered art for a client and I could not make a change of address one second after hitting the order button. We had to arrange our own delivery for the correct address. Abhorrent.

Everything was oerfect...well packaged and quick service. Quality of art is great.

Is there any reason why emails to customer service go into a black hole of non responsiveness? You don’t have a phone number to contact.

After several days of emailing Inktuitive to change the mailing address before shipment, they completely blew off my emails and sent the order to the wrong address. They simply don’t respond to emails.

I have emailed twice regarding my order. I ordered the picture too small I wanted to order a bigger one. I was trying to see what do I need to do to return it no one still haven’t got back to me.

Two pieces arrived damaged and I requested a return authorization. After 3 emails and several calls, this company is totally unresponsive. In addition to nonexistent customer service, the quality and workmanship of the art work is lacking.

Everything went well thankfully, but packaging came ripped . It could be more protected as I inspected it I don’t believe it was damaged and I love your products but the packaging should be better as it isn’t safe
