If you have a question, hopefully you don’t need a live person. Impossible. Also, from the time your order is placed, it then takes a week to ship. 🤯 A company who’s only business is online orders, takes a week to ship the product.
I went to the website because the Wegovy pill was advertised for $149/mo. After about a half-hour long questionaire, I was instead offered a much inferior compounded injection for $149/mo. Along the way I had to sign up for a membership that was, "coincidentally," also $149/mo. It was not at all clear that I was paying double: $149/mo for the inferior medication, plus $149/mo for the membership, for $298/mo total. They gave me "such a deal" of $39 for the first month, and charged my card immediately. I called customer service and was able to get the charge reversed and my membership canceled. When I complained to the rep, the excuse was, essentially, "It's all there in the fine print." Which I'm sure it is, and yet it's clearly designed to be deceptive. What ever happened to simple, honest, service? Very disappointed, and wasted my morning on this.

Customer service is an absolute disaster. I’ve been going in circles for weeks trying to switch the length of my plan and nobody seems to be at all organized or have any idea what they are doing. No one answers when you call, and no one reads any message history on the app

I’m finally staying hard enough for penetration.

I wanted to reorder a shampoo that I had previously ordered. I eventually found it, but it was frustratingly difficult.

There were some improvements in my performance however, I’m over stock at this time and decided to cancel until further notice. I thought maybe I experienced a slight headache, so I took a half dose.

Scams you out of money before you even buy any pills. Charges for reviewing an answered survey

I found that after Hims began carrying name brand medication that their support to compound client needs was reduced. Very disappointing to see that happen. I plateaued in my weight loss and no one proactively contacted me to discuss increasing the dose or maybe a change altogether.

This product has been truly transforming for me! My hairline is not my 20 year old hairline BUT it has stopped my hair loss AND promoted regrowth enough to make my hairline look much better than it was ! I have seen a huge difference in my hairline! The doctors and staff have all been so helpful and responsive, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a solution to hair loss and promoting regrowth!! 5 star product in my opinion ! Thank you Hims for helping me with my hair loss journey !

I input my hair loss details and was directed to a fancily-packaged oral product for £19p/m. I signed up and my details were reviewed by a pharmacist, who approved the treatment. Immediately, I started receiving emails from Hims with exciting subjects like, "Your Regrowth Journey Has Begun" and "See What Happens in a Year".
On a whim, I decided to check the unnecessarily tiny ingredients on the canister, and the product I was sent contains no active ingredients to prevent or reverse hair loss. It is an expensive multi-vitamin - it contains three B vitamins and vitamin C. If you take this pill and nothing else, you will continue to lose hair.
I think this is misleading marketing. Why get users to complete a survey and then push them towards a product that will not resolve their issues? Furthermore, Hims marketing is very much focused on this product, presumably because a lot of people don't like topical sprays, and because it contains no expensive hair loss-preventing ingredients, Hims can sell it at £19 a month.

When I ordered my prescription, the Hims website said that everything would be discreet. It was not. The mailer my prescription was sent in had the Hims company logo. The return address on the label had the company name. The prescription bottle has a big company logo on it. The prescription bottle lid has a huge Hims logo! Also, the style of bottle they use is nothing like what any regular pharmacy uses.

Signed up for weight loss treatment on the understanding that by paying upfront you would be getting a saving. After 3 failed deliveries ( 2 delivered to our neighbour and one 3 days after the due date) I put the treatment on pause. The so called refrigerated delivery arrived dripping wet as the cold packs had well and truly melted given the delivery took place several days after they were due. This is both dangerous and disappointing. When requesting the refund for the remainder of my prepaid subscription I was told that the total subscription was only for 3 months not 4 as I believed. This makes the program significantly more expensive than the retail price rather than more economical as promoted. I paid $1443 for the 1 x 2.5mg dose. 1 x 5mg dos and 1 x7.5mg dose. The retail amount for the 3 equates to $1210 meaning not only did I pay significantly more but received well and truly sub par service. Will not ever fall into this trap again

I’m super disappointed in this membership fee and the price added per month with the prescription, it’s so insane to me and honestly I’ll have to shop around after I hit my goal cause I can’t maintain this type of membership and prescription combination, I’ll never recommend your company either , I’ll go another route

Enjoyed the subscription…until I reported a bad batch. After years of using, they didn’t exchange & instead charged me again & sent me more of the same batch from the same pharmacy & same drug maker.
The pharmacy has poor ratings on Google.
The drug maker has FDA issues.
…and they thought having me ingest bad drugs that can affect heart rates / blood pressure (+ other issues) was a good idea? Nice, really nice.
Their customer service attempt?
“Hey buy this instead”.
Find an option that cares about their customers health > their bottom line.
It’s no wonder the ratings are so poor.

Process is simple but having to lock into a membership on top of an increasingly expensive prescription feels like a bait and switch. Each month, the recommended dosage increases as does the price. Does not feel like it started as a transparent process financially.

Glad you asked I had wanted to give you my opinion. So far I have not noticed any decreeable change in my hair growing or thickening.

They use real doctors and licensed nurse practitioners; the processing and delivery of the medication is accurate and timely; they respond quickly to inquiries; so far I've lost nearly 10 lbs in my 1st month. As long as you follow the program, you'll get results.
