After a flood requiring extensive tare out and rebuild, I spent over 10 days emailing back and forth with Hello Cleaners for a cleaning service estimate. I had to request several changes to the estimate each taking a couple/few days by email. Back and forth several times for my review and still changes were incorrect. When I finally got the adjustments made, I received a notice to schedule and chose a date. The next day I received a message that they were not providing service in my area!!..even though they had my full address on every updated estimate they sent!!..Very aggravating and a waste of time...the site is difficult to navigate and there is apparently no person to person communication; a huge problem!! I would not recommend going down this rabbit hole!!

Great job. I’m just moving in after some construction in my upstairs. Every room looked great and felt fresh to walk in to.

Booking was easy with no problems. I booked for a deep clean of our house and I sent pictures of the rooms as requested after our floors had just been refinished. All furnishings had been removed for the refinishing job. I was invoiced 3 different times before any work commenced and I specifically indicated that I wasn’t going to pay until services had arrived. 9 am start time arrives and team was a no-show as we waited for 2 + hours after management said that they had made numerous attempts to contact them.

Kalen was very pleasant to work with. Made sure before he left that everything was what I wanted. I had to reschedule this company several times due to contractors. They worked with me without any issues and greet with communications. I highly recommend!!

I booked HelloCleaners for a move-in/move-out cleaning because I had new tenants moving into my home on October 1. Unfortunately, this turned into an extremely frustrating and unreliable experience.

The service was canceled/rescheduled more than once, despite me repeatedly explaining that I had a firm deadline because tenants were moving in. After the first issue, I worked with the company to reschedule and did everything I could to make the job easier for their cleaners.

When they expressed concerns about items still being in the home, I specifically gave them permission to move anything that was in their way outside so they could complete the cleaning. The house was already almost completely empty.

They rescheduled me again for September 30 — literally the day before my tenants were scheduled to move in. I sent detailed instructions about the areas that needed attention and made sure they knew they could move anything necessary to complete the job.

Then they canceled the service AGAIN.

That left me scrambling at the last minute to figure out how to get an entire house cleaned before my tenants arrived.

What makes this especially disappointing is that my invoice was for $444.54 and included three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living areas/hallway, kitchen, refrigerator and oven cleaning, furniture cleaning, garage cleaning, and laundry room cleaning. This was not a small appointment or something I booked casually — it was specifically scheduled to prepare a home for new tenants.

I understand that scheduling problems happen. What I don’t think is acceptable is repeatedly rescheduling a time-sensitive move-out cleaning and then canceling again at the last minute after the customer has already worked with you to address the concerns that caused the previous issue.

I gave them multiple opportunities to complete the service, communicated clearly, and tried to accommodate their cleaners. In the end, I was left without the cleaning service I had planned around right before my tenants’ move-in.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. Reliability matters tremendously when someone is depending on a cleaning company for a move-in or move-out deadline.

The cleaners did a fantastic job. The company communicated poorly. I reached out a week before my service to try and confirm and the response was basically ‘confirmed’. The cleaning crew finally actually reached out and gave me an arrival time at 9pm the night before my service. The company reached out to confirm 30 minutes before they got here.

My home was particularly bad and it was a move out cleaning, they were here for 8 hours, the major things all looked great but by the end they did forget to mop the floor in the master bath.

The one major frustration is that they threw trash and debris into my garage garbage can without a bag or anything. This was a move out cleaning. There were two bags left in there that I personally have to take to the dump, the city has done its last pickup here. So now there’s all of this loose dirt and garbage I have to find a way to deal with.

I used the deep cleaning service through hellocleaners in the New Jersey area and the cleaning was horrible. Multiple areas were missed that were spelled out in the description of work and included on the quote. My house was not move in ready and it disrupted the entire move in process. The customer service team was not helpful or accommodating for a full refund when pictures and videos were provided showing all the items that were missed. The team offered to have the house re-cleaned and sent the same cleaning crew that provided the horrible service despite specifically requesting another team complete the re-clean.

They cleaned up my house nice and tidy, I only asked for my bathrooms and kitchens done and they left it amazing, and scrubbed places I didn’t expect them to! Very good service

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Getting the quote was easy, and the price seemed reasonable for the amount of cleaning that needed to be done. Unfortunately, the actual service did not come close to meeting my expectations.

My appointment was scheduled for a specific time, yet the cleaner showed up **four hours early**. My husband works overnight, and I had intentionally scheduled the cleaning around his schedule because I wanted him out of the house when the cleaning started. Showing up four hours early completely disregarded that.

I was also told afterward that this job should have had **two cleaners**, but only one person showed up.

The biggest issue, however, was the quality of the cleaning—or lack thereof.

Things were not moved to clean underneath them. Instead, the cleaner simply cleaned around everything. Surfaces were left dusty and not properly wiped down. The third bedroom, which I was charged to have cleaned, was barely touched.

I was also specifically charged for **pet-hair removal**, yet the cleaner showed up without the proper equipment or supplies to actually remove the pet hair. My own vacuum was used, even though it needed to be cleaned and repaired, and it obviously wasn't capable of doing the job properly.

There was absolutely no attention to detail. The entire cleaning felt rushed and consisted of wiping around things and moving on to the next area. This was nowhere near the thorough cleaning I believed I was paying for.

I paid **over $400, including the tip**, and honestly expected to come home to a clean house and finally be able to relax without worrying about cleaning for a few days. Instead, I was left disappointed and will now have to pay another company to do the job I already paid to have done.

The company did refund $100, which I appreciate, but that does not change the fact that the service was not what I paid for.

**If you're looking for a thorough, detailed cleaning, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.** I will be using a local cleaning company from now on.

4.5/5 stars. Hellocleaner’s customer service was excellent. The cleaners were also efficient, friendly, and receptive to instructions and feedback. They did a very good job overall, and I’d hire them again next time I’m in a pinch.

Francesca & Edwin did an excellent job today at my apartment in Dallas, TX. The booking process was very straightforward. They were right on time and let me know when they were finished. My old place is spotless and I highly recommend Hellocleaners.

Scheduled for a deep clean beginning at 1030. Company said around 1130am someone would arrive soon. Noticed no one had been there at 1pm, company stated wait 20 more minutes.... nothing. Company never stated they would accommodate in any way so refused the service as they were at least going to be 3.5 hours late. Paid over $900 for a scam like experience.

I would leave a review less than 1 stars for how terrible of a job they did for my grandfather. They barely had cleaned ANY of the floors in his home including carpet. They left so many streak marks on the floors in my grandfathers kitchen, as well as many very noticeable stains left in the hardwood in multiple rooms. The carpet was legitimately cleaned terrible showing they barely went through the carpet with their vacuum cleaner. I cannot express how deeply I am dissatisfied with the services my grandfather received. Absolute outrage.

I had a deep clean done and I couldn’t be happier. She was so thorough and did such a great job - I told her I have never seen bathrooms gleam like that! This is honestly the best house cleaning I’ve ever had. I am super impressed and will be using this company again.
