I had a problem with the app and was actually disappointed when directed to an Ai chat . However when the bot realised it couldn’t answer it redirected me to a customer service person . Really appreciate the service and the time you took to answer my questions .

My order in The tracking system is not updated. Resulted in me sending whatsapp to enquire status. Once connected with whatsapp, the Bot and Live Agents were helpful and assisted in speeding up delivery of my order.

I faced an issue with the order and received help from Sunny and she was very helpful and ensured my ordering process was smooth.

The Live Agent Sunny was super accommodating and very prompt in their response and work!! Truly really good customer support!

Flower Chimp never disappoints me! I arranged the delivery for between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. At the last minute, I contacted Flower Chimp’s (Izawati was the representative at the time) and asked if she could help arrange for the delivery to arrive before 7:30 PM.
I truly appreciate the effort she made, and thankfully, the flowers arrived on time! 🌸

I needed to update the time of my delivery last minute and received an update first thing this morning from Zamatul & Izawati saying my request had been taken care of with screenshots as confirmation on Whatsapp. Very impressed with the speed and quality of communication :)

Ordered Tuilips. Their policy allows them to say there are no Tuilips 1 day before delivery.

It was quite a big package, so im not fighting them for a refund, especially since my bank card is from Europe and im too tired of dealing with that company. Just deliver what you got, and keep scamming people selling tuilips and giving roses
