I have now been receiving three evening meals for my wife and I each week for the last four weeks. In my estimation, each meal has been excellent. The fact that next week I can pause all deliveries because I’ll be traveling is a plus.

I like the Factor meals. They take more than 2 minutes to make the meat hot. Some of the food items have too many onions for my taste The flatbread is my favorite!!

A few of my items arrived damaged. I was not given a replacement.

We have had three deliveries and two have been late and this last one had 4 wrong meals. We also have tried microwaving the meals for the suggested time and way and they take up to 10 minutes. We have a great industrial microwave and have had no luck. We have to heat our oven every time to 400° for 30 minutes to get it to the safe temperature.

Great variety and convenience

The first two weeks we received our meals, they were excellent. The weeks after that were not as good quality and the amount of food in the meals had diminished. I had two damaged products and no one ever returned my messages about them. We like the food and were really excited about it at first, but now we question whether to keep the subscription.

Some meals are tasty but it seems like everything includes the same kind of chicken breast

Very good with lots of delicious vegetables as well as tasty protein.

Great quality and variety! The food tastes really great and it's so easy to get a meal ready in minutes. I highly recommend FACTOR meals for anyone who wants to eat healthy and not have to cook!

I did not get my meals this week. I got a notification today saying due to a shipping issue I will not be getting my meals

Box arrived a day late with a busted meal. Refund came with stipulations. Food quality is relatively good.

First week never received order and was chartered 2x-' they stated they will refund-- whole amount if I take a credit.will follow-up I was given credit or Money back on card.
Meals are pretty good!
Its very convenient especially I dont dont have anything healthy around my job.
BUT THEY FORCE YOU TO TAKE A CREDIT--IF YOU REQUEST BACK ON CARD THERE IS A FEE!!.

I never received my order. I will check but I should not be charged and if I was you need to reimburse it ASAP.

The meals are just...delicious.
In 2 minutes, I can heat via microwave a meal that is tasty and fulfilling, but also very nutritious.

The food is great. The delivery service could use a gentle prod as to which side should remain up through out the delivery process, most times the box is not right side up.

The meals taste great. That’s what matters!

I love the selections! I am kind of particular and I have found 10 meals every week to enjoy. The quality is great and the convenience is unbelievable. I live alone and hate to cook for just 1, so it gives me healthy choices and a variety . Thank you!
