I have been waiting months for key chains first delivery all damaged won’t give me my money back or send a new order I’m so mad now I’m gonna try calling my credit card company to help please people don’t order from this company

Brought a Son bracelet as advertised on fb for my Sons £18. Picture on advert had initials JB. I ordered the item to be without the initials. After a long wait the item arrived ...with the initials J.B ! Once contacted they woukd only offer me a refund of £3.50, I declined they offered £7. I again refused and they eventually offered to send a replacement, we clarified it was to be blank. It came but they did not pay any postage on it so I had to pay £5 to have it delivered. Opened it up and ....its another bracelet with the initials from the ad on it !! They are now ignoring my emails. Absolute Joke of a company. Ive now found the same bracelet for a fraction of the price on amazon ! But sadly my sons birthday has been and gone !!

This is definately a scam site. Ordered a sign. Never arrived. Emailed they said they would resend...never arrived. Will now not answer any emails. I think they make up shipping and tracking details to keep the client quiet. Stay away from this site. I have reported it to my bank.

Tracking says my item was delivered (17 Track is the tracking system)
I never received the item.
Contacted customer service through email and they clearly did not read the issue because they responded with a completely pointless answer.
Since then I have yet to receive any response to my emails regarding this issue.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely frustrating! Ordered $80 worth of Refrigerator Magnets DIY — do not order. Instead of making the acrylic sticky like other companies they give you 2 sided sticky covers. Oh my gosh the most frustrating you need to separate the film and it’s ridiculous. Horrible finger prints all over your magnets takes an hour each picture totally ridiculous

I ordered items for my classroom in July and I still haven't recipient them. They keep telling me its in transit but I still haven't got it. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.

Orderd a stainless cutting board well over a month ago no tracking record what so ever.
I think after reading the reviews there are no happy customers this should be enough to have this site taken down to prevent more ppl from being scamed 😤

This company sucks. No customer service. They won't give you your money back. I sent pictures of the 2 purses I got. They are cheaply made. They tell me that there is nothing wrong with what I got. They don't even look like the colors either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered an item. Tracked via their tracking numbers. Never received item. Customer service was cookie cutter responses. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I just updated my review as I had originally given this company only 1 star (would've been zero if that option were available). Why the poor rating? They had sent the wrong item. I understand that mistakes happen, however, as some form of compensation they suggested I keep the item they sent and accept a refund of 25%. I responded by quoting Australian Consumer Law, and as this was their fault and not mine, I am entitled to a replacement or full refund, at no cost to myself. They are also responsible for any shipping costs, not me. They then came back with a counter-offer of 50%, then 75%, and then, when I wouldn't budge and threatened to expose them on social media and escalate the matter to Fair Trading, they finally agreed to a full refund. Fair enough, they eventually did the right thing, but it should not have been such an ordeal. I will not be using them again.

I ordered 2 head wraps. They’re essential a piece of fuzzy rag. After emailing them that I’d like to return the items, they replied I would need to send in THREE (no less!) pictures and/or videos of why…
I sent in 3 videos of 3 torn places, hanging threads, loose fuzzies. Their reply? Sorry for the inconvenience!! We won’t refund you..

I ordered a Irish good luck bracelet and it arrived in bubble mailing bag. There is no damage.It isrettier than the picture. May not be lucky but it is symbolic cause I am 1/3 Irish. There were 2 tracking labels. 1 from China and one Usps.

Misleading advert suggesting duo x two items in deal but after you've paid confirms 1 item. No response to emails!!!!!

SCAM company who do not send your products. Autobots reply to emails saying it’s out in post but NZ post have no record.
