The Nova X has been a great purchase! My son absolutely loves it and rides it every chance he gets. He’s had so much fun with it, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

We received the bike quickly and my 12 year old son fell in love with it. We did end up having a battery issue so I emailed customer support and Jade, a customer service rep with eskute, was very quick to respond. After sending a video of the issue, she’s sending us a replacement battery. My son has friends that have the exact same bike which is why we ordered it. They all love it.

Simon was amazingly helpful answered every question and made sure my bike was good to go once I received it!! Will 100% be coming back!

We bought a pair of these Ebikes for travelling on our bout. Our bikes arrived as expected and were easily assembled with the included tools. The manual provided useful information for setting up the bike and our first rides. For a few weeks about 100 miles, the bike performed perfectly. While they were a bit heavy, they were easily loaded and unloaded to the truck and boat. Whether folded or unfolded the bikes were easily secured and greatly improved our ability to explore while travelling.

Recently, we had a few issues after traveling with the bike folded. With the help of Jill and others providing technical support, I was able to locate a cable connector that had worked loose.

As the summer progressed, we had a few other minor issues, but through Jill's diligent customer support to us, ESKUTE replaced a few needed parts under the warranty. Since then, Our bikes continue to meet or exceed our every expectation!

Jill and the rest of Eskute team have been exceptionally professional, easy to communicate with, and very dedicated to making sure we were satisfied with our bikes. I happily recommend these bikes and the Eskute brand's customer support team!

Ordered 2 bikes. Had them about a month now. Both would not work when I received them. After 2 weeks finally got a new battery for one. It works now. But the more expensive one still havent been able to ride it. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this garbage company to anyone. Get your bikes somewhere else. garbage customer service. Nice bikes if they would actually work but this is ridiculous. Who knows how long it'll be before I can ride my bike that is over a month old now. Eskute is a joke. Don't buy from this company......

I had a great customer service experience with Bella. My son’s bike had some issues and the customer service agent worked with me for the last couple of weeks to resolve the problem. I had a five star experience.

I bought a trike from them in June 2026.My daughter rode mine and ordered one for herself.In Oct I once again bought the trike out to the campsite.I started having issues with the bike and contacted them. A lady named Tina helped me out and when I say their customer service is outstanding I mean it.This company stands by their product and within 5 days my problem was resolved.I will recommend this company and their product to anyone looking for a pedal assist bikes. Pretty sure I've got a couple family members looking.Once again thank you for all your assistance and prompt customer service. One happy customer 😀

I’m really happy with this e-bike! It was easy to put together, rides smoothly, and has plenty of power. The battery lasts well, and it’s been a lot of fun to ride. Great quality for the price and I would definitely recommend it!
