Overall Good Experience with En Wholesale

I had a very concerning experience with EN Wholesale LLC.

I paid $4,357.50 by business ACH for wholesale inventory intended for Amazon FBA. The order included Dermend and JelloJello products, and EN Wholesale provided invoices and other business documentation related to the purchase.

The merchandise was shipped directly to Amazon. Later, Amazon informed me that the 12 boxes associated with my FBA shipment allegedly contained different merchandise from what I purchased and declared.

I immediately contacted EN Wholesale multiple times by email, phone, and social media asking them to investigate and provide warehouse packing records, shipping records, photos, or any documentation showing what was actually packed in the boxes. I have not received a substantive response.

I have also encountered inconsistencies in their publicly listed contact information, including different phone numbers and addresses.

This situation has caused significant financial damage to my business and contributed to serious problems with my Amazon seller account.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend that potential customers exercise extreme caution, independently verify all information, and avoid sending large ACH payments without additional protections.

I still hope EN Wholesale will respond and provide documentation explaining exactly what happened with my order.
