Enterprise bad news!

Went to pick up our reserved rental. We were using a VISA debit card to pay. They would not accept our card. We have plenty of money in our accounts. Said had to be a major cc. Wouldn't let us speak to a manager. When we reserved we gave them our payment info. I called them back to get the rental with my major cc. Truck was no longer available. So here we are on moving day with w/o a moving truck.

Cancelled without notice Fife,WA

Been renting a truck to pull our boat on vacation, 10 days, for seven years with no problem. Until this year, made the reservation 6 months in advance, they sent an email 2 days in advance, basically saying everythings on schedule see you on Friday. All of our other vacation reservations had now reached no refund on cancellations. Grand kids were packed and ready to go. We were literally on the road to pick up the truck when we got a call from Enterprise saying sorry no trucks available, the whole vacation was ruined and costs us thousand of dollars in lost reservations. Very unfair never going through them again

Good job Shadi Rezaei

Everything was so easy to navigate . We found the truck we needed to rent to move a bunch of stuff at work . But then the night before they rang and said that truck wasn’t available. We really needed the heavy duty truck that we had booked and so our account booking lady ever so kindly stayed back late at work and called around till she could come up with the right truck for us ! Her name was Shadi Rezaei . She was the truck account specialist in the Richmond BC location , both on the phone and in person she had such a calm easy nothing to hard attitude …..Thank you for helping us out !!! The truck was awesome too . Happy customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BEWARE!! THIEVES!

BEWARE!!! They steal your money! They run a scam of loop holes that they say is out of their hands. But £250 to fix a wing mirror is financial abuse and a con! I rented a van from Enterprise in Bexhill, East Sussex. While offloading, I returned to find the wing mirror on the ground on the road side of the van. The mirror was cracked. I put it back in place and returned the van. They already had my £200 deposit and required and extra £50 as insurance excess. I as assured it would never cost that much to repair. 1 week later they confirmed it had been repaired but their department didn't handle the refund of the remaining deposit. 2 months later I was told the repair job was in excess of £250 and so I was not due a refund. And this after contacting them three times! You have been warned! I'm not even sure if it was another car that clipped the mirror or if it had already been loose, why it dropped out. But I'm £250 out of pocket.

My experience at 313 Gardena Blvd, Enterprise Truck Rental

I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received at the Enterprise Truck Rental location at 313 Gardena Blvd. My family and I recently experienced a devastating house fire, and during a time when everything felt chaotic and overwhelming, the team at this location especially Geraldo, he showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine care.
Before my reservation date, Geraldo confirmed everything for me. Then on the morning of pickup, Jose checked their inventory and reached out an hour before opening to let me know about an issue and to ask whether I was still interested in the rental. That level of communication alone meant so much.
When I arrived, I noticed that every customer was greeted warmly, and I was no exception. Geraldo apologized again in person for the earlier issue and reassured me that Enterprise would still take care of me. And he did: quickly, professionally, and with kindness.
The truck itself was a newer model, surprisingly good on gas which was a blessing with gas prices skyrocketing. It had a nice sound system, cushion flooring in the back, electric side windows, and a clean, modern computerized dashboard that made the drive smooth and stress‑free. The vehicle was spotless, ready, and even had the A/C running when it was handed over. From beginning to end, the entire experience was smooth, respectful, and handled with care.
In a moment when my family and I were simply trying to get our belongings out of the house after the fire, Geraldo’s thoughtfulness made a real difference. I never received anything to formally share my experience, so I wanted to take the time to publicly acknowledge the exceptional service I received.
Thank you, Enterprise Truck Rental on Gardena Blvd. And a very special thank you to Geraldo I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my family during such a difficult time.

Enterprise Truck Rental Cardiff West

This time after a 30 day rental costing over £2000, and having driven just 20 miles, bleeding me for every last pound, Enterprise charged me for diesel having recorded the fuel as 3/8 and 5/16 on return. I photographed the gauge at the outset and it is clearly not 3/8, it is 5/16. The truck has now gone to auction. I registered a complaint with head office, and was told the Cardiff West manager would call me back, but my phone has been silent, and not on silent. I genuinely do not think Enterprise cares. They certainly do not communicate with their customers to make sure both sides are in agreement. In this modern digital age, you get your invoice later, so that's when the drama to contest unfair charging arises, leaving the customer to initiate a complaint.

🚨 Beware of Buying Used Trucks from…

🚨 Beware of Buying Used Trucks from Enteprise Truck Rental and Sales🚨

I purchased two used trucks fromEnteprise Truck Rental and Sales, trusting their sales process. Within five months, one truck had a complete engine failure.

🔹 After a few oil changes, metal flakes were found in the oil, which is a clear sign of pre-existing internal damage.
🔹 I reached out for help, and while David tried, the company refused to take responsibility.
🔹 No compensation, no repair assistance—just silence after selling me a lemon.

If you’re considering buying from them, demand a full vehicle report and have a mechanic inspect everything. I learned the hard way—don’t make the same mistake.

They charge the cards extra without notice constantly

They never stick with the prices they give. They charge extra with different excuses all the time, and without our notice from our credit cards separately from mine and my husband's. That's so annoying. Every few days we see something pops up from Enterprise in our cards!

Enterprise Truck Rental Cheating A MInority Owned Business

We are a small female minority owned business and we have been using Enterprise Truck Rental for long term box truck rentals for almost 2 years. Our initial rental location was located in Springfield, MO and we had an absolutely fantastic relationship with the manager of that facility. We had no problems and he absolutely worked with us as partner to ensure that the trucks were maintained and if we had any issues he was right on it and everything was resolved. Our account was transferred to the Lowell,AR office when that office was opened. When we opened our account Enterprise Truck Rental did not have a location in NWA so Springfield, MO was the nearest location. However, since being transferred to this office about 9 months ago, we have many difficulties, primarily of being overcharged and not receiving invoices in a timely manner. Now today, the manager has abruptly contacted us and informed us that they are terminating our long term rental agreement. I can only assume it is because we have dared to question and inquire about billing. The manager has come up with a plethora of "reasons" as to why this is happening to which we responded to each point. He has particularly stated that we do not get the trucks in for timely maintenance. However our response was that the manager or his assistant, constantly call in to inform us that the trucks need to go in for maintenance on short notice and these trucks are used in our business. We are movers and those trucks go out of state and all over! Contrary to what they may believe, these trucks are not just sitting idle in our yard, unused. We definitely get them into maintenance as soon as they come back in. I requested that they give us the maintenance schedule so that we can at least know when the trucks are approaching the need for maintenance so that we may make arrangements to get other trucks or adjust our moving schedule. When these trucks do go in for maintenance they are kept in the shop for days or weeks and according to Enterprise we are expected to pay for this period and have been charging us for this time when we are not in possession or using these trucks and now when we want an accounting and credit for the times that these trucks have been in the shop, which they have not responded to until today, all of a sudden we are to return the trucks by tomorrow! I wonder if this was a white, male owned company, if they would even be doing this. I am sure that they would have given at least a detailed explanation of the charges. NO ONE has contacted us. The manager here does it all through text messaging! I definitely plan to sue for discriminatory policies and most definitely for the disruption to my business! It is tough enough that we are making it in a male dominated field but to have a major corporation practically trying to drive us out of business is beyond the pale! Additionally, we have spent $387,000 at Enterprise Truck Rentals
