No response from them since I paid for my ECU $300 & I’ve tried calling, texting ,& emails too many times to list! I’m turning this business in bbb romight now & filing a claim with my bank & try to recover my funds from this scamming so called business! Do not buy any services or parts from them they are clearly not to be trusted! I will be reporting this to several authorities today !

I sent my BMW CAS module and keys for their repair/cloning service. They received everything on April 27, 2026.

Since then, I was constantly calling and messaging through eBay, Instagram, and other channels just trying to get an update. Most of the time I received nothing, and since they had my CAS and keys, I had to figure out other ways to get to and from work while my car was immobile.

On July 23rd, they told me my 'parts would be shipped back “today/tomorrow”' but that didn't happen. Then I FINALLY, got into contact with Eric, who told me what was going on and that he would send me a tracking number and my stuff back the same day, (SHOCKER, that didn't happen) and it went back into the same silence from their end again.

After more unanswered calls and messages, I contacted local law enforcement to file a police report, filed a consumer complaint with the Washington State Attorney General's Office, and eventually sent ECU Saver a demand letter for my stuff on August 5th.

They finally sent me tracking on August 17th, and I eventually received all of my parts back August 20th. I also received my $200 refund on August 25th.

The fact that it took 4 months, police involvement, the Washington AG, a demand letter, the threat of legal action, and countless messages and phone calls to them to receive only THREE responses with minimal information from them over that span of FOUR MONTHS is ridiculous.

I am shocked and appalled as to how they operate as a business especially considering that they have the customer's info and can easily reach out to them if they had issues with communication on their end. Now my car still doesn't work and I have to find another business to figure out what's wrong with it.

Here's a kicker, while demanding my refund for a lack of service, they asked that I "stop harassing them with legal action" I'm sorry but you don't get to say that after you held my stuff for months while not communicating and responding. If you stop/don't respond, I'm going to utilize legal avenues to get my stuff back one way or another.

Do not do any business with them! Do not recommend them to anyone, stay far far away from this business! It is a scam run by con artists!!!!

Well for one he can quit ripping people off sent 325$ and still waiting for a response but after checking on my order come to find out this company has been doing this for awhile now I've read atleast 30 comments from people that he's ripped off at 300$ each 10,000$ dollars that I've read about alone this guy's needs a good Ole fashion ass beating . piece of shit I hope this guy gets what he has coming and as for u trust pilot you better start doing your homework on who you guys put your name behind cause I don't think we can trust who you guys are backing

Sent in my DME & CAS for an “all keys lost” replacement service back in April 2026. They sent me an invoice to pay before shipping and once I shipped it out the company stopped responding. The UPS tracking number shows the package was signed and received by a person named Greg! I’ve called , texted, emailed them in multiple methods. No luck. I still haven’t received my keys nor do I have my hands on my original DME & CAS. Car has been out of service ever since! This is a major theft

This guy is a thief and a liar. I paid for replacement ECU on 5/7/2026 and never heard another word from the guy other than a confirmation of payment. I tried emailing, calling, texting. Even messaged him through his EBay store and never heard anything at all from him. Ended up having to file a fraudulent charge claim with my back and just got my refund back today, 7/28/2026. Finally. Apparently he had tried lying to my bank saying I was trying to make a return for something I never received. I said have him show you the tracking information showing it was delivered and obviously he didn’t and couldn’t because he was lying and had never shipped anything. THIEF

I sent my ECU to be cloned and heard nothing for weeks. I finally got ahold of Eric and he said the cloned ECU would be sent out shortly. What Eric did is made a shipping label but didn't send the ECU . He send me the tracking number but never shipped the ECU . Its been a couple months now and I have to buy a new ECU that costs $1900 thanks to Eric . This guy is a thief and a con artist DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this guy he will steal your money and whatever you send him!¡

My order arrived at their facility June 30th and it’s listed on the website as a same day turnaround for ecu cloning, it’s not July 6th and I’ve called, texts, reached out on instagram, I’ve heard absolutely nothing.

sent my fem module and dme as instructed on may 9th, it is now june 8th. i have spoken with one person on the 26th of may but you could call 30 times a day and you'll get the same "thank you for calling ecu saver..." voicemail. have no clue what do except sit and hope my parts are returned and the service is performed. cant even say poor communication there is literally none. reviews seemed great until recently

I purchased an ECU repair service and followed the instructions provided by the seller. I shipped my ECU to the address they supplied and waited for an update.

After several unsuccessful attempts to contact them, I finally reached someone by phone and was informed that they were no longer associated with the technician/shop that was supposed to perform the repair. This was very disappointing, as the service I purchased could not be completed as originally advertised.

Communication was poor, and I was left without clear information regarding the status of my ECU or the repair process. I hope they improve their communication and customer service so future customers do not experience the same situation.

its been 3 weeks now. 1-2 day turn around mine must of been lost in transit or this is a scam. moving forward with legal action

I've been going back and forth over an unsuccessful EIS repair for a Mercedes since February. They've stopped responding, still have my old parts and have basically ghosted me. Now I have a car that I can't move in my garage and can't have another module cloned without my original. Vendor has responded as of 5-26-26 stating medical reason for no response. I have sent additional emails and texts on June 3rd, 10th and 12th.

Edit 6-30-26, Business is located inside Signature Independent repair shop, 425-629-3325. They stated they will try to leave the guy a message when they see him. This is the only conversation I've had with anyone regarding ECU Saver.

8-16-26 update. Still no word from these people. I've since had someone else locate the correct EIS, clone it and my car is running now. However, thanks to ECU Saver, my cluster no longer shows mileage after the first time sending me the incorrect EIS. If they would send my original back I can have this corrected! They've essentially devalued my vehicle and the only way to keep up with oil changes is the trip odometer!

I've already contacted the Washington AG and have reported this business. I'm going to most likely sue for this headache and the damages to my vehicle. All they had to do was spend $25 for shipping send my old part back!

Paid them $350 and never heard another word from them. Messaged them multiple times through their website and eBay store, even though I purchased straight from their website I thought maybe someone would respond but they didn’t. Tried calling and goes straight to voicemail. Left messages but never heard from anyone. I’m in the process of trying to get my bank to dispute the charges.

It's been over a week and I have not received any indication other than this email asking how you did and the initial confirmation email. When will this ship?

Great service and fast turnaround. The service was exactly as stated and everything worked when installed without and issues. Very good communication when there was questions about shipping.

My order has been gone for 2 in half weeks and never got back with any info about my stuff am still waiting for a reply and wating for my stuff don’t believe that they can do the 1 days repir and send it back am only upset because they not keeping me updated with my items that cost a lot money

I Needed a certain task done on a certain part (EIS) (Program). Ecu Saver Did the job, Fast Efficient and with Great Customer Service.
