Great product but terrible shipping experience
It was great that the product I was searching for was in stock, and I was able to get two of that product. I also very much appreciated the expedited processing option to speed my delivery for only a few extra dollars. The website was also easy to navigate.
My only big negative is Dermwarehouse's focus on USPS shipping. My product was delayed almost two weeks at a USPS post office, and no delivery information or ETA information at all was available either from Dermwarehouse or the shipping app Route. Absolutely terrible shipping experience. I wish they offered UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, even if only for a few dollars more. Given they rely primarily on USPS, it will be difficult for me to do as much business with Dermwarehouse as I'd like. I have no way of knowing when or if my order will actually arrive.
