Virtually the worst possible way to transport. You are never sure the bus even shows up.. sometimes “just” 20 min delayed. If you are counting on Cotral bus.. you will regret it. I would have rated 0 stars, but that’s not possible

Nothing works and i would rather pay 100 000 euro for a taxi or walk 1 000 km than ever pay this incompetent company 1 euro again in my entire life.

Unfortunately i didnt read all the bad reviews of their service in Fiumicino until after my trip. But if you read this, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING WITH ONE OF THEIR BUSES

I would rate it with 0 start if possible.
If I were to choose between their bus service and a 10k walk, I would choose the second option.

Their ticket machines at the airport does not work, no information whatsoever on bus stations.
This company should not be allowed to operate in Fiumicino airport.

We went to Fiumicino town to spend some time before the flight and upon returning to the airport we had to take a taxi after waiting more than 2 hours in the bus station.

Não tem informação nenhuma nos pontos, não respeita as paradas, não respeita horário. Tive contato com dois motoristas, os dois sem educação nenhuma, um moço durante o dia e uma mulher durante a noite.
A mulher era mais sem educação ainda.
Estávamos voltando para o nosso hotel que tem uma parada dessa empresa ao lado e acredito que seja a única opção de chegar ao aeroporto Fiumicino da cidade que tem próxima ali, a mulher não fez a rota e as paradas que estavam sendo sinalizadas nos diversos aplicativos de transporte ( estávamos usando vários aplicativos de transporte pra conseguir o mínimo de informação) fomos questionar pois estávamos extremamente cansados, já tínhamos ficado aguardando esse ônibus por mais de duas horas. A motorista começou a gritar falando que era primeiro para o aeroporto, sem paciência, sem empatia, simplesmente fazendo a rota que bem queria.
Não tem informação de onde comprar ticket antecipado e se não comprar paga 7 euros na hora para o motorista, sendo que o valor realmente é 1.30€.
Definitivamente não recomendo a ninguém a usar essa empresa.

Bad company

There is no information at the stops, they don’t respect the stops, they don’t respect the schedule.
I had contact with two drivers, both extremely rude, a man during the day and a woman at night.
The woman was even more rude.

We were returning to our hotel, which has a stop from this company right next to it, and I believe it is the only option to get to Fiumicino Airport from the city nearby. The woman did not follow the route or the stops that were being shown on the various transport apps (we were using several transport apps to get the minimum amount of information). We went to ask her because we were extremely tired, we had already been waiting for this bus for more than two hours.

The driver started yelling, saying that it was first going to the airport, with no patience, no empathy, simply doing whatever route she wanted.

There is no information about where to buy a ticket in advance, and if you don’t buy it, you have to pay 7 euros directly to the driver, when the actual price is 1.30€.

I definitely do not recommend anyone to use this company.

we asked the bus driver if its going to Rome terminal, she said to us with a plain face that it’s not, as it turns out that was not true so we spent €10 for nothing it’s a very bad company wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even to my enemies. my pregnant wife got sick in this heat because of her i hope she’ll be fired soon.

Went to Roma fuimicino airport to go to Sleep N go hotel. Bus arrived only for drop-off and not pickup. We waited for approximately 2 hours for a bus. We didn't have any form of information or kiosk point. Worst bus company. In the Netherlands connexion is bad but this is as bad as it can get. This company has A LOT to improve. Firstly make sure you drive stable times and not one and the other one doesn't show up and we have to wait 2 hours for a bus.

The absolute worst bus connection Rome-Nettune vv. ever. Avoid the bus or wait for hours!!!!
