I ordered the short ball gown tulle lace wedding dress and the fit was far too small. I did take my own measurements before ordering the dress. Contacted Cocos Bride to let them know I needed to return it and they said…
“According to our return policy, returns due to customer-related reasons, such as sizing or personal preference, are generally not accepted.
However, we would like to offer you a possible solution. We recommend having the dress adjusted by a local professional tailor, and we can offer you either a 10% or 15% partial refund.”
Unfortunately this will not be possible since I am getting married in 3 days and it will be possible.
Make sure that you know your accurate measurements before ordering from this company and your level of dedication to a dress that may not look the way you hope it will once you try it on. I have been left with a very small, ill fitting dress and am out $200.
Wish I would have read the google reviews before ordering from them rather than just their personal website reviews.

They sent a wrong size. Then told me I could Taylor my dress by my self and offered a 15% discount on my next purchase.
As if them sending the wrong size was my fault.

The dress was very beauyiful. My order was ready 1 month after i placed it, and was shipped as soon as it was ready. Aftet shipping i received my dress within 5 days doorstep delivery without any additional charges. Scam of a company
I did not have a good experience with this company. The dress arrived and did not match the description at all. Beadwork was falling off the dress. The dress was packed tightly in a small bag. I was very disappointed and had to request multiple times for a refund which they only agreed to give me 20%. Do not purchase from this company, absolutely a scam!

Buyer beware. I paid extra for expedited production/shipping for my daughter’s prom dress, yet Coco’s Bride could not provide a shipping date or deliver the dress in time for the event. After failing to fulfill the expedited service purchased, they attempted to keep 40% of the payment if I canceled.
Even more shocking, they suggested I should simply “resell, rent, donate, or wear it for other activities” if the dress arrived too late for prom.
This is unacceptable customer service for a time-sensitive order. I would strongly discourage anyone from relying on this company for prom, weddings, or other important events.

I placed an order for this dress on May 5, 2026, totaling $414.98. This included the base price of $359.99, rush order shipping $35.99, and an additional $19.99 for express shipping. I reviewed all of the details on your website before purchasing.
However, I am extremely dissatisfied with both your product and your service. The dress I received does not match what was advertised and does not appear to be custom-made in any way. I ordered a standard size 2 and did not request custom measurements, so there should be no discrepancy in sizing or construction.
Additionally, tracking information shows that the dress was shipped within Georgia (Buford to Norcross to Ellenwood), then sent to Jacksonville, Florida—despite the fact that I reside in Atlanta, Georgia. This shipping route was unnecessary and delayed delivery.
More concerning is that I paid extra for express shipping, yet the package was sent via FedEx Ground, which is not an express service. I confirmed this directly with FedEx. This is misleading and unacceptable.
The quality of the dress is poor and does not reflect the item advertised on your website. Based on my experience, it appears that the product images may not represent dresses you actually produce.
I am requesting a full refund due to false advertising, poor quality, and failure to provide the shipping service I paid for. I’ve contacted you multiple times via email and WhatsApp, and now I’m being ignored. The product advertised is not what was provided, and it’s clear my concerns are being avoided.
