FlyCFG Reviews

Total scammers! They double charged me for a charter and I have not been able to get my money back! They do not have any good ethics at this company. Do not use them to charter a plane.

Please be aware CFG Price point For a private Jet Charter is the highest available in the Aviation industry. I would strongly recommend not to use Charter Flight Group

They stole $17,300 from me. I would never recommend using this company. Horrible! Unethical. They have pending lawsuits against them. They’re currently insolvent.

We liked the plane (Phenom 100) and the pilots. Our experiences with FlyCFG have all been great. Jude Dineen has given us extremely quick, efficient and friendly service.

It was a wonderful flight. Everything went perfectly. Exceeded expectations. Will definitely use again.

Welcoming and professional crew. Making a last minute reservation was easy and even our 2 larger dogs were treated well. End to end, everything was gracious and easy. We will definitely use CFG again.

Prompt communication. Tracked us along the way. Always knew where we could turn for an assist if needed.

Personal contact and "hand holding" from receipt of tail number to arrival

Everything was great!!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. This was my first experience chartering a flight and CFG made it easy.

Making the res was excellent. The pilots were excellent and they were wonderful. The only complaint I had was the lack of communication on the return flight. There were delays from 11 AM to 3:15 PM and we were not notified in enough time to remain home until departure time was firm. I got several wrong info, that plane was enroute and would be there in less than hour, then i texted and got reply that it would be shortly. This went on for 4 hours. I just wanted to be told the truth so we could have waited at home instead of at the terminal. We had our son with 3 children under 8 yr drive us to airport and my husband is handicapped and disabled. These four hours were really difficult for us..

I recently enjoyed my first flight with FlyCFG, indeed, my first
private flight. I was contacted within an hour of inquiring late-night
on their website. Anna then worked one-on-one with me to explain the
entire process, and she was extremely patient and professional working
through several scheduling changes. Once booked, the customer service
team snapped into action to take care of all the details. Every email
I sent got a response within minutes. Finally, the plane and crew were
excellent. If this is the service a first-time, likely very occasional
customer gets, I can imagine what a frequent client enjoys. Should the
need arise again, I will book with FlyCFG.

Both pilot and copilot were very professional and helpful - kept us informed as we traveled. Loading and unloading of luggage and passengers was very efficient. Plane was immaculate and comfortable, with a generous selection of snacks.

The flight was on time. The crew was great. The jet was in good shape. Jude is a pleasure to deal with.

CFG was professional from the first point of contact through our entire trip including a last minute reschedule at the end.
Good company with great people.

The support team and the pilots were great !
I was disappointed with the age and interior of the aircraft .
Didn’t realize I was being treated as low class business by my consultant.
Oh well , we got to Florida safely and I am no longer a “ rookie “ in the private Jet business.

Jude Dineen does a great job offering flight options for various scenarios and then the follow-up team is very responsive with ground transportation, etc. Pilots provided great service on our recent trip. Well done!

Amazing experience with Paradise Jets!
Crew were friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommend! 5 stars

Best trip ever. Kudos to Captain Kory and his FO Daniel. Way more than what we expected.

This was our first flight with CFG and Alana was fantastic - timely, positive and always reassuring. The flight was on time and pilots for our Lear jet were great too - fun, personable and helpful. We’ll definitely be doing this again.
