Great customer service especially response time when a question was presented during the entire 4 - 5 month experience

Technician was able to locate the malfunctioning part and replace it to restore the generator's operability.
He was pleasant and patient in communicating the details of the situation.

What made our experience with CDS Home Services was the patience of the office personnel in working with scheduling the many steps to get everyone where they needed to be at the right time, including the homeowners. Whew! Not an easy task.

More information about the permit and inspection procedures would have been helpful.

Company van with registration T3 CDS, driving over 80mph in a national speed limit zone and tailgating cars in front. Very unprofessional and not a good image of your brand.

We have had a generator for more than 20 years. CDS has always performed top notch service until this weekend. We had a major power failure in our area on Saturday. The generator came on but did not transfer power. We called the emergency number. The message said they were off and would be back on Monday. Really?? We called again Sunday morning and received a number to contact. Great! We left a message and were contacted within 20 minutes. Instead of coming out, they told my husband how to take a panel off and flip a button. When that didn’t work, he said it “sounded” like we need a part he doesn’t have and we would have to wait until Wednesday for service. UNBELIEVABLE! We told him we were a customer for more than 20 years and would appreciate it if he came out. He said he was 2 hours away and he would have to pay him for his trip. We get yearly service and the only person who can come out is 2 hours away in 90 degree heat and we have no water?? Reconsider before you use them.

Professional, detail oriented, good to work with. We were impressed with the installers.

Technician did routine maintenance as scheduled but also diagnosed and resolved a small oil leak. Very thorough. Answered my questions and also checked generator output to breaker box.

Installation was coordinated and completed in one day on scheduled date. Electrical,plumbing, delivery, and transport activities were seamlessly completed.
