I ordered 3 items only got 2. I tried to return both and they would not send me a label to return both items. They charged me for all three! You have only 30 days to return and they don’t respond to any request. I emailed numerous times before they responded. By the time they responded it was past 30 days. They offered me $10 to keep what I had recieved. I wanted my money back! They are a rip off! Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!

Great outfits! Pretty casual dress.

I placed an order for 3 items. I carefully reviewed the return policy and felt assured they would honor that. However, the policy says you must contact customer service to process a return. I wanted to return 1 item. After 4 attempts to reach them, they still would not respond. Which is interesting since right after I placed the initial order, I reached out to them for a change in the delivery address. They responded instantly! They just hoped I would give up on the return request. Eventually I did. Be very careful about ordering from this company. Be sure you have money to burn because they will not help you return!

Worst experience ever. My mother in law purchased several items from this company. The clothes are cheaply made and when she tried to contact them FIVE different times to return the items they will not respond to her. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Items were not as advertised. Very cheap fabrics. Although their website did specify that refunds would be given within thirty days, this was not true. They offered me a paltry refund to just keep the items. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

First time I buy in Capatee and I am so please, material is nice and soft , breathable, and right to size. Very nice items.

After reading all the reviews, I feel better that Im not the only one who feels like they’ve been taken advantage of.
I ordered 2 dresses, they both were very large, the sizing chart is not consistent, fabric cheap looking and feeling. Tried to return with their “ easy return policy”, LOL, after they offered me first $20.00, then $36.00, for $107.00 purchase, I decided I’d return the items knowing I had to pay for the return. I go to the UPS store, and it was going to cost over $200.00 to send the merchandise to DUBAI!! This company stinks, don’t buy from them. If I could give them a minus, it would be -5 stars. I now am waiting for my C C company to handle this, wish me luck

The items were too big and I asked for a full refund, first they offered to exchange but I wanted a refund, then they offered a discount, I asked for a refund, then they offered a bigger discount, I asked for a refund or a bigger discount. They stopped communicating altogether, I emailed four more times asking for them to communicate but they never responded.
I am left with over a hundred dollars worth of clothes that won’t fit and they won’t respond.
My advice would be to NEVER DO BUSINESS with them, to spend your money at reputable stores and be happy. I am totally disgusted.

I ordered some tops and pants, order arrived in good time but sizing was off. Website said to email them for address label to make the return. No response, crickets!!! I have emailed at least 5 times using two different emails in their website. The bad part is I wanted to exchange for a different size and the website suggested placing a new order rather than just exchange. Still haven’t received that order. My next step is to work with my credit card to investigate the company.
Do not order from this company. Too bad because they have cute clothes.

It was delivered With/in a reasonable amount of time and the items I bought looked fantastic.

Took too long to receive it, May to Jul. The yellow outfit runs small, especially the pants.

It was nice to receive these clothes. Getting compliments. This shipment was slow to arrive, so lowered by a star.
The clothes came in good condition but a little lower quality from the prior shipment.
They were a good fit.

I ordered three tops. My experience was a disaster. one top never arrived, another barely fits runs small and the third job has to be an incorrect size way too small. Customer service stinks. I spent $113, got a refund for Non received item and silence from Capatee on asking about returns and refunds.

I honestly was uneasy about ordering from a company I wasn’t familiar with. When the item was received it was beautiful and looked exactly like the photo. I am completely happy with my order, from the ordering process to the updates I received to the packaging. Will definitely order from this company again! The only small drawback was the time it took to receive, which wasn’t unreasonable but I was nervous because I bought the dress for a specific occasion.
