My steam sauna was delivered on time. Easy to put together…took about 25 minutes. Works fantastic. Relaxing and great for my old bones.

Customer service response time is very good. Delivery was seamless as well.

Loving our sauna from Burneek. It was so simple to assemble. The equipment is easy to use. We are impressed with its performance!

Overall, I’m very happy with the Burneek 2-Person Sauna. Once assembled, it functions great and has performed exactly as I hoped.

There were a couple of negatives. Delivery took quite a while, and there was a surprising amount of sawdust inside the panels when it arrived. The biggest issue was sawdust trapped between the glass and the foam/frame, which made the initial setup and cleanup more frustrating than it should have been. Assembly is definitely a 2-person setup. 3 people would be better. The instructions could also have been a bit clearier. Somthing like the Build videos that most furniture companies use now would have been helpful.

That said, once everything was cleaned up and assembled, the sauna itself has been great. It works well, heats properly, and I’ve been very pleased with it overall. If the shipping time and packaging/quality-control issues were improved, it would be an easy five-star product.

I purchased their portable hot sauna from them about two years ago, and it's worked absolutely awesomely. I use it at least once or twice a week. I keep it clean, and I'm taking care of it. I let it air out, and it's been a real trooper. It takes care of me as I take care of it.

So far, so good, no issues. It's amazing. It's honestly been one of the best values I've ever seen: to get a sauna like this that works, that you can use every day, for this reasonable price. It has just been amazing. I'm glad I took a risk and bought it. It hasn't let me down. Thank you to the company.

This unit is a high quality item. I really enjoy it. Also, the support team is very responsive but I didn't need them!

Onyxeek Sauna came, was easy to put together and then trouble started. One lamp doesnt work. Was sent a replacement lamp, no connections just wires, so now i get to play electrician on a sauna. Installed the lamp, still doesnt work. For 3 weeks ita been a conversation with with support. So at the moment its a useless huge paperweight. Disappointing, was excited to use it and cant.

The team members have been very helpful with supplying information that assisted me in selecting fhe sauna that would best suite myself and my family. On several occasions I have needed to have further information about the sauna and they have immediately made themselves available to assist me.
My son and I were able to assemble the two-person sauna quickly using the written instructions and especially the video.
I would personally emphasize the excellent support I received--the Burneek Team were terrific.

Great customer service. Assembly of the sauna was relatively simple. Had an issue where it would shut off in the middle of the session, customer service sent me a new switch that seems to have fixed it. Overall good experience

I appreciate the quick email response that he provided, which include superb technical knowledge and professional willingness to guide, share and provide in every possible way.
It would be nice if the company would provide a phone number, I believe this is just one area that will improve Burneek service capabilities.
