I was having login issues due to my own stupidity (misspelled my email smh) The support team over at Bisect was more than willing to help. After talking to Corbin S. for about 20 mins he was able to fix the problem. Corbin was quick to respond to my emails in a very professional manner. Great job all around!

Good customer service helped me allocate the server to a different node that allowed me and my friends to play without disconnecting, it wasn't fully fixed but still fixed to some extent. I love the customer service as they are very patient and helpful

Mediocre at best
Just another hosting provider that secures himself sponsored deals with game developers to lock the server binaries behind a paywall.. If that isn't already enough, the servers share their resources and performance is horrible. Considering I have to pay 95.99€ for a Wardogs server is overpriced and outragous. This is just a scam with extra steps... save your money

Excellent, and that's an understatement. I was literally having trouble activating mods on a Project Zomboid server with Steam disabled. All ten times I asked for help, they responded and solved the problem instantly. I can't say enough good things about it. This is the first time I've paid for a host to play games, and this is what I'm taking away from BisectHosting: the incredible, excellent, and lightning-fast customer service. Without a doubt, I'm here to stay! xD To everyone on the support team who helped me, I wish you all the best. Above all, I loved the excellent, fast, and efficient way they helped me with every problem I had. The technical/customer service definitely deserves 1000/10 stars, from the website itself to Discord and other channels. If I could, I'd give it more stars. Honestly, the best! :]

I had been running a game server from home prior to using BisectHosting, This restricted who I could invite as its my private IP address, However, BisectHosting's VPS service solved this problem allowing me to run my game server and comms and give the IP out to anyone, the VPS service is so easy to setup and use, so easy I haven't had to message anyone for any help at all so far! Highly recommend BisectHosting!
