Harris is very attentive and respondent to my requests!

Bilnow is a great billing company to work with. They are very attentive to any questions or concerns you may have. Harris Mahmood keeps you up to date regarding patient accounts and he also makes any concern you have a priority. If I haven't spoken to him via phone in about a week, he will reach out to me and ask if I have any questions regarding any accounts and will verify that I have received all of his email with the weekly billing progress. Bilnow has been able to obtain payment for dates of service that our previous billing company could not get payment for. I would recommend Bilnow to any medical practice.

I have been with BilNow for several years and they have been wonderful in their effort to see me paid by providers in a timely manner. They have also gotten me credentialed with Medi-Cal and Medicare ( no small feet in California).

I recommend my personal account manager Harris for his diligence and professionalism in dealing with my payment issues, always following through and keeping me up to date with the progress.

In short I would give them a 10 out of 10 as a medical billing company, which I cannot say about previous companies I have worked with over my 21 years of practice as a clinician in California.
