Quick turn around
Quick turn around. However, I received several emails with promotional codes, and none of them applied to my purchase when I tried to get it in the right time- before the end of the month, etc. I was hoping to receive a follow up contact from someone before you shipped the order, but didn't hear anything. All is fine- I was just hoping to have a bit of a discount as stated in those emails.

Nice Product
The delay in shipment was disappointing. I believe an alternative should have been offered prior to me contacting the company. With that being said, your employees are lovely. The young ladies I spoke with on the phone and in the chat discussion were very accommodating.

A bit disappointed
I ordered 4 Arcadia Crystal Awards for 4 different people. 2 had the engraving on the front, and 2 had the engraving on the back of the award, and some of the engraving doesn't look consistent. I had a logo at the bottom right of the award, and it was only partially engraved on one. It was hard to design and make sure everything was centered, which shows in the final product. I wish that I could have saved the design and applied it to the others. Also, one of the awards' glass/acrylic wasn't glued into the base or came unglued when I opened the box.
