Package never showed up. I reached out to an update on the status of my order, never heard from them. I'm assuming this is a fraudulent item and shop.
Edit: if anyone can see the reply, know the i did in fact send an email and they flat out didn't answer it. (I have the sent receipt) and will not be removing the rating until an actual resolution is given to me. This is also unacceptable customer service on top of potential fraud at this point.

Please remove this negative review! your tracking still shows in route as the package comes from overseas. I am the one who would reply to your status request and I did not receive an email from you. It states it departed Chicago USPS on the 9th. You might want to contact the Post Office as we have no control once it gets into their hands.

Charles, We take pride in our old school customer service but we can't help delays by a carrier. But, to show good faith I will refund your entire purchase. If, the product finally shows up please keep it.

Exceptional Customer Service!
