There was an initial misunderstanding between our product and art teams regarding whether the decorative flourishes shown on the first proof could be produced on this clock.
Once identified, our team worked through the issue, created revised proofs that included the requested flourishes, and did not proceed until those proofs were approved.
Our team also remained actively involved through production and shipment, providing updates and tracking information along the way.
Most importantly, the finished clocks were ultimately produced with the requested design, successfully delivered, and you subsequently contacted us about ordering additional clocks using the same setup.
We recognize the process required more back-and-forth than anyone wanted, and we apologize for that frustration. However, our team did remain engaged, resolved the design issue, and delivered the finished product as approved.
