What a smooth and professional experience buying the engagement ring for my future wife. I have the pleasure of having Andy help me through the process and he was very helpful with great advice. It does take about 4 weeks for the ring to be made the way you request which is a bit long, but you can’t rush perfection and it was worth the wait. Definitely suggest buying from Aurélinne unless you need the ring quicker than the 4 week wait for a custom one. Worth every penny and the wait.

The seller answered my questions quickly and followed up with getting information I requested. The gem looks exactly like I expected. Shipping was quick, and it was packaged well. I would definitely deal with them again. I really like how you can dial into the specifics of what you are ordering as far as clarity and color and size. Some of the other retailers just give you a range of what you might be getting so you feel like you’re kind of guessing at what the product will actually be. With this one, you see the exact gem you’re getting and the exact specifications, including the dimensions, not just the karat.

I was in the market for a princess cut lab diamond. I wanted very specific details. I had read great reviews on Reddit and thought I’d give it a try. I was nervous about buying online but I ended up choosing a stone and while I wasn’t completely happy with it , the return process was very simple. I've purchased several rings and a couple loose stones from Aurelinne. My most recent purchase was a ring with a dark green asscher cut lab stone over 3 carats, the largest stone I've purchased so far. As I've come to expect, the stone is beautiful and was accurately described and the craftsmanship on the ring is well done. Just got a compliment on my new ring today. It is nice to be able to have such a unique, custom piece at the reasonable price this company offers.

I was looking for a 3 to 4 carat radiant diamond and was so overwhelmed. There were so many to choose from. Andy was so helpful to suggest a few for me to choose from. I ended with a 4 carat diamond. It is stunning and you can't beat the price. Especially when they have 10% off. I was so happy I bought 2 more round 2 carat diamonds to make earrings. Love Aurélinne! I worked with Andy throughout the process, and he was very helpful, especially with customizing the claw prongs exactly how I wanted them. There were a few delays, but communication was good and the finished ring came out beautiful.

For extra peace of mind, I also took the ring to a local jeweler after receiving it to have the diamond checked, and everything checked out.

Couldn’t be more happy. I was a little skeptical given the decent pricing. I bought a diamond set in a solitaire cathedral setting. It took about five weeks to arrive, but it was worth the wait. It’s absolutely beautiful! I also wanted to upgrade the gold after I ordered and they responded quickly and made the upgrade very easy. I had a good overall experience purchasing a pink lab-grown diamond from Aurélinne. The price was very competitive, and I felt I got excellent value for the size and quality of the diamond.

The diamond was a bit lighter in person than I expected, with more of a soft blush pink color, but it’s beautiful and I’m happy with it. Communication was good, and they were responsive to my questions, although unfortunately only through email. Having a phone option would have been helpful.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the purchase and the value.

I decided to give them a chance and purchased a 3.55 ct E color, VVS2 lab-grown marquise diamond with an IGI report. When the diamond arrived, I took it directly to my jeweler to have it professionally inspected and to make sure everything was exactly as represented.

My jeweler approved the diamond, and that completely put my concerns to rest. The stone is beautiful, the quality matches what I purchased, and I’m extremely happy with the value I received.

Ordering on Aurelline was the best idea I could've had. The 1.03ct, D color, VVS1, ideal cut diamond was so affordable, and I'm currently having it mounted to a 14k white gold martini cup. My all together price for the earring will be <$500. Skip the retail markup and have a custom piece made using their diamonds. The wholesale prices can't be beat

I purchased a 3.04 carat loose diamond from Aurelinne and I am not disappointed. It’s a great quality and I even got a second opinion to make sure. It comes in a nicely packaged envelope with the certification included. I plan to purchase another one for 5 carat as well. Glad I came to know about Aurelinne when I did!
