Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The driver showed very poor judgment when it came to choosing the route and seemed to have no concern for getting us to our destination on time. Instead of taking the most direct route, he made several unnecessary turns and detours that wasted a significant amount of time. The entire ride felt unprofessional and frustrating. When paying for a premium car service, you expect a smooth, comfortable, and dependable experience, not a driver who makes the journey longer than necessary. The service fell far below acceptable standards, and the price certainly did not reflect the quality received. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable transportation.

Mehdi was our driver was great. He was on time and very helpful with our luggage and walkers. We arrived after midnight so there were no porters to help us at the hotel and he made sure we got in the hotel room with all our luggage. From booking to pick up and delivery it was all 5 stars.

I have been using this company to go to Airport JFK/ Newark NJ and picked up to go home as well since 2024 They are exceptional! Email response was so fast as well as specific instructions. I am so happy with their service. Salute💯💯 I will keep continuing using their service. Thank you so much for your wonderful service.

Drive to airport was great, but return had an issue. Driver and texted, told him had bags and was crossing to limo area. Got limo area, it was dark, raining and some limos had headlights on blinding me. I'm looking around nothing to id the car. I said I'm here. Driver texted back black limo. He sent me photo of black limo but could distinguish in the rain. If I had zoomed I could have seen the plate number. I stood in the door of the shelter and kept texting trying to find the car. Finally got the plate number and started walking along the row of cars looking. Driver saw me looking and finally came out and called my name. All good from there.

I learned there was a language barrier, so my shorthand texts may have been unclear. On the other hand when a single guy walks out looking around for a limo and I'm standing 3 parking spots away, maybe the driver should have called my name.

Car Service was excellent! They are professional, kind, and incredibly pleasant. They were right on time and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommended Area Car Service to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and courteous transportation!

Our return driver appeared to be a careful driver and was courteous. However, we did not feel as comfortable with our first driver….his driving appeared reckless at times and the condition of his vehicle was not what we expected.

The prices are reasonable, sometimes less than ride shares.

David is so helpful and the cars are in good shape and the drivers are professional.

This service is the BEST! This is the first time we used it and it could not have been a better experience. We had multiple changes in our itinerary and David made sure every change was dealt with and fit our needs perfectly. They picked us up at Boston Logan, got use to car rental in Barnstable, with several other riders going on to Chatham. Then on our return trip to Boston Logan, they picked us up at Barnstable Municipal Airport and back to Logan for our departure. They are extremely communicative. You do not have to worry about if they will be where they are supposed to when they are supposed to be there. We will definitely call again on our next trip to Cape Cod. I have already recommended them to our friends who also travel there frequently.

Area Car service was exceptional. We used them for a round trip service to JFK airport. The service was incredible. Our driver Charles service was exceptional and very professional his Cadillac Escalade was Beautifully clean. Definitely will be recommending this company to all my family and friends.

Driver (Andres) was on time (early, in fact) and was courteous and professional. We arrived at JFK in plenty of time to deal with security and all the issues of modern air travel.
This is the second time we've used Area Car Service, and we'll definitely use them again.
David has always been responsive and quick to confirm arrangements, as well being able to pivot when the airlines change things at the last minute.

Both drivers were great. On time, efficient and courteous. Extremely polite and very helpful with the luggage. Their cost was more than fair. Would use them again in a heartbeat

Rafael was professional and friendly. He arrived a half hour early and was very helpful in getting my husbands’s scooter and rollator in the back of his van. When we arrived at the airport we realized my husband’s Mickey Mouse hat with pins was missing. Before I could call to check on it my neighbor sent me a text it was in the mailbox at home. We are so grateful! We appreciate Rafael & Area Car Service!

Charles was on time, safe driver and arrived even earlier than scheduled. We
