The negative reviews are all true. Once it is time to take profits, there is a delay—it has been two months, and they always reply with, 'We know you are wondering what is taking so long, but your account is being reviewed.' If you bought your account through tradeflowmarkets.com, you will not get a payout.
​I did an AI search on both companies, and they are both on fraud lists. According to an AI search, apexfundedtrading.com does not have a single verified payout. They cannot even give you a payout timeline—it is all fake. Please do not waste your money.
​I encourage anyone who has been scammed by them or tradeflowmarkets.com to contact the FBI and help prevent other people from getting scammed. And if they reply with 'We have no record of your account,' that is a lie—I have screenshots of my accounts and our conversations on Telegram.

Gosh, these guys. Ive seen their ads on facebook many times... I finally looked more into it. The basic premise is they will buy your prop firm account, trade it, and take a percentage of profit. Pretty simple.

First red flag, when I contacted them, they dont actually buy the account. I would. And fine, that seems normal that i would purchase, its just insane that they would advertise they they purchase, and then say, duh, you purchase. Whatever.

Then, they only allow you to purchase through this shady ApexFundedTrading.com

I asked questions, because Ive never heard of this website, it appears to be a brand new website, and the reviews here on trustpilot are bad. Immediately, the guy on the chat goes off the rails. F your mum, retard, etc. Stay away, im about 99% sure that TradeflowManagement and ApexTraderFunding are the same people, stealing your money via the upfront cost.

Not to mention, Apex Trader Funding is a huge company with a lot of street cred. This company appears to be tricking people with almost the same name. Major red flag.

This all just screams scam to me. I was a little skeptical at first, and after the scammer/support person went off the rails, it seems painfully obvious. No normal sales rep would ever talk to someone like this.

They should get more like 0 stars. Consistently making lies about the delay in pay

2nd review and new update: Do not trade with Apex Funded. After successfully reaching the profit target on my $400k account, I requested two payouts (one in June for $100, and one recently for $10). Neither was processed.
​When I posted an honest review stating this verifiable fact, they immediately retaliated. They permanently deactivated my account, canceled my earned funds, and sent an email accusing me of "misrepresentation" and "fraud." I replied demanding they check their own system logs—which perfectly prove my timeline—but they have completely ignored me.
​To make matters worse, they have suddenly changed their name to Alpha Apex Capital, which is a massive red flag used to dodge bad reviews. This entire operation appears to be an organized scam tied to TradeFlow, who recommends them.
​Their strategy is simple: withhold your money, ban you if you complain, and change their name to trap new traders. I am reporting this to the FTC and BBB. Stay far away!

I requested a withdrawal a month ago & still nothing. Customer support only giving out “handled” answers regarding the issue. I’ve been with a few other prop firms & never ran into a situation like this.

I requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. I am on my 12th trading day of waiting. They have replied both times I have inquired about the WD, that is the two stars I am giving, but still no payout.

100% SCAM!!! Signed up for an account over a year ago, the account was Funded, tried a withdrawal 6 months ago and am still waiting. They have used several excuses. One being, that they're back logged and are catching up on payments. They have also changed their websites name a few times while using fake pictures, testimonials and an AI generated person, greeting you and telling you how everything works with them. Their other RED flag is they use Telegram to communicate, But since their new website, have put a added a "Contact Support" which has been absolutely NO HELP! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SITE! they will take your money with false promises, keeping your hopes up just to disappoint you in the end. I can't express enough to tell you to STAY AWAY. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD............ BOB M.

I requested for my payout since the 10th June and I was informed that they had a backlog of payouts. It has been a month and two weeks and still not. They claim that the relevant team is working on my account for more than 6 weeks.

Seeing all these review claiming that they got paid within 48 hours is far from the truth. I have been asking for my payout and this is the standard response:

“We understand your frustration. At this time, we're still waiting for an update from the relevant team regarding your payout. We know this isn't the update you were hoping for, but we'll let you know as soon as we receive one.

If I get my payout, I will update this review.

After requesting my first payout two weeks ago, I still haven't received anything. I was told that they are still reviewing, but it shouldn't take 2 weeks to review...

I am 2 payouts in with Apex. First payout arrived perfectly within 48 hours. The second took a little while because of a backlog/delay, but they paid successfully.

I highly recommend Apex because they don't hide complicated clauses in their contract. The evaluation rules are entirely simple and easy to understand.

Terrible trading experience. They closed my accounts for no reason the first time and the second time i was not making enough money on the accounts so they closed them for good.

Thanks to Apex I just received my second withdrawal from my 800k. Been a great, smooth journey so far. Looking forward to expanding more with them and adding more funding🙏

Seems to be a scam site mimicking apex. I requested a payout April 10 2026 and have not received anything. They keep saying they have a big backlog of payments.
