I contacted amevista for a refund as I wanted the sunglasses for a particular holiday and they weren’t going arrive in time. They responded within a day and have the refund coming through. Thankyou for your service

Item came in time with great packaging ensuring to keep the sunglasses safe and in good condition.

Got glasses with the wrong prescription. No case manager, everyone just kept saying they would investigate and asking for pictures.

Took months to resolve. Then they said they would issue a refund and low. When I followed up, they said they were investigating.

These are not the cheapest glasses you can buy online. But they are the best in my opinion. Really well-made and sturdy frames. The style was wide but short lenses which suit me perfectly. And the delivery was earlier than promised / expected. I can't comment on longevity yet, but they feel sturdy enough to outlast others I've tried. All in all, I can't fault them.

Paid for a pair of Nuance Hearing Aid glasses from here Australia. The whole exercise has been a disaster. Delivery delayed time and time again. Advised twice that the lenses they received from their vendor were incorrect. Resent prescription.
When they finally arrived the right hand lens was totally wrong.
Tried to resolve the issue but they advised that wasn’t there issue and that they manufactured according to a well known glasses franchise Specsavers were the information they used to manufacture my lenses.
Specsavers have since confirmed their prescription is correct.
My advice is to avoid this incompetent company. You get what you pay for.
Caveat Emptor.
