First time customer. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and is sincerely appreciated. Our customer shared an update this morning that the driver texted a little before 5 am that he would be there at 8. That’s exactly when he pulled in. She said it was a much easier process than she ever thought it would be and was very grateful.

We used AirFreight.com for an expedited freight shipment and were very impressed with the entire experience. Their platform made booking quick and seamless, and communication throughout the shipment was excellent. Everything arrived on time as promised, and the process from pickup through delivery was smooth and professional.

AirFreight handled my unusual situation (my perspective) seamlessly. In response to my first call for assistance, a professional (kind, even) HUMAN answered immediately. From there, communication at every stage was clear and thorough. AirFreight is an example of how a service operation is supposed to work.

AirFreight got our rush job to its destination 3 states away, 800 miles, safe, secure and on time! Jason was very communicative and helpful on the whole journey, we will definitely use them for our rush freight!

My only criticism is that there isn’t an option for more than five stars. I’ve been burned by more hotshot brokers than I can count, and this is the first time I’ve had a shipment show up ahead of schedule with absolutely zero damage or tampering. I could not recommend AirFreight more strongly, we will be using them exclusively going forward. A bit higher priced but frankly inexpensive compared to the problems caused by prior shippers. 11/10, no notes.

Called Jason at 3:00PM for somehting needing to be picked up by 4:30 and Delivered to Memphis by 6:30 AM

He got me booked, picked up and invoice paid all within an hour and a half.

Delivery was here at 6:15 that morning.

Airfreight was quick to respond to my request and was able to provide the hauling of materials we needed very quickly. Easy to work with, kind and helpful. Provided pictures and updates the whole time. I will be happy to work with them again.

The driver had some truck issues & arrived a couple days late but was not a big deal. He went out of his way and jumped through many hoops to be sure he got the load delivered.

John Mark Peterson was absolutely amazing to work with! He was very persistent to find a driver to get our shipment picked up to get it delivered all the way to Tuscon, Arizona from central Missouri the next day! Not only was the delivery delivered earlier than estimated, the communication was top notch! The cost was also very competitive. The driver was very professional and knew his job well. I can't express enough how pleased we are with the service we received! Keep up the good work AirFreight!
