Critical Health Hazard! I bought Maylee Dining Buffet and Hutch In Dark Brown this toxic furniture 9 Months ago and explicitly gave it months to naturally ventilate, but the chemical odor remains extremely strong . Professional testing instrument detected Hight dangerous levels: HCHO (Formaldehyde) at 0.362 and VOC at 3.066 which severely exceed safe legal limits. I contacted 1 stop Bedrooms a month ago with photo poor of poor air quality and send full video evidence a week ago. Their customer service staff gave empty promises saying they would contact the manufacturer as soon as possible, but have completely ghosted me with zero solutions. This is an unsafe product and unconscionable business practice .Formal complaints are being filed immediately.
I have a severe foot fracture and am currently on a certified medical disability, struggling on crutches every day. while our 60-lb household dog was trapped in the same contaminated room. we have clear photographic evidence of the hazardous air quality test monitor reading. Since this platform currently restricts direct image uploading during verification, all photographic and video evidence has been fully packaged and officially Office, the Better Business Bureau,(BBB), and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission for an immediate safety investigation.

Ordered a sofa and loveseat on September 2. The website showed multiple changing ship dates while my order remained at “Acknowledgement Received.” I called on September 23 and was told the furniture was on the way and expected at the local terminal on September 28. The next day, another representative told me it likely would not arrive until November and actually recommended that I cancel the order.

The conflicting information completely destroyed my confidence in the company. I waited weeks based on information that turned out not to be reliable, and ultimately canceled and purchased directly from Ashley instead.

If a company cannot provide a consistent, credible delivery timeline for an order, customers should not have to chase multiple representatives to figure out what is actually happening.

The biggest problem is who they use for delivery, Hub Group, which has the worst reviews and negative comments online and with BBB, but they hired/subcontracted them, not me. I paid for the service. It is on them to facilitate and make right. I have received conflicting dates and times for delivery for over a week. Attempting to get actual help from 1StopBedrooms led to sniping on email with someone there until I proved my point with copy and pastes of emails sent by them. Today I received conflicting time emails and a tracking map that showed nothing. After waiting for eight hours until after 19:00 on a Friday night everyone is closed or shifting blame. Delivery was never made, and Hub Group customer support, after waiting online almost 45 minutes, says it appears I was just skipped and the terminal now closed. Now where do I sleep tonight?

I stumbled upon 1StopBedrooms while hunting for a new bed frame, and let me tell you, it was a mixed bag. The website was sleek and easy to navigate, but the product selection felt a bit limited. I searched for hours, and the only option that matched my style was a solid wood frame, but it arrived damaged-scratches and a dent. Customer service was slow to respond, and when they finally got back to me, the solution was to return it and wait for a replacement. Frustrating, right? But here’s the twist-I actually ended up loving the replacement, and it’s now my favorite piece in the room. So, while the initial experience was less than stellar, the final result was worth the wait. If you’re open to a little patience, it might be worth giving them another shot.

From ordering my new furniture online, to getting a delivery, the entire experience was seamless and wonderful.
