I consider this part of my "must use" software package for everyday life.

Locked me out of the vault even though I am using the correct password recovery code and secret code. Customer services, non. Existent, you seem to get the a I assistant telling you. A human will contact you. Been a week locked out. Nobody contacts me via email like they say. A hundred and seventy five passwords, and i'm locked out. I should have stayed with last pass years with no problem. Yor response to this review is useless Don't tell me to contact password one. I already did. It, doesn't work. They do not resply with a human. Only the AI who does not help. I don't weigh 200 lbs. Wait, it gave me a way £200 there. It's locked yeah so I guess I got on with somebody weighing 200 lbs there we go

I had an excellent experience with 1Password support yesterday. Dave remotely connected to my Mac and quickly resolved a frustrating issue where my Chrome extension kept locking despite being configured not to. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was causing the problem and how he fixed it. The issue was resolved almost immediately. It's refreshing to work with someone who not only knows what they're doing but also makes sure the customer understands the solution. Great job, Dave, and thank you, 1Password!

I have tried in vain to get a real person to help me and have been unsuccessful thus far. The app is asking me to update to their next version, but when I try to login at a desktop computer I can't get in. I am afraid to do too much as I might loose access to my cell phone access. It is very frustrating and I am at the point where I think I will have to hand write out the passwords I truly think I need, forget the rest, and completely disentangle myself from this business...

Fast response, clear explanation!

I love the app. It makes everything so much easier! Ran into an issue while installing it on a new laptop and asked the helpdesk. Thom helped and we found out that there was a bug in the software, but we got a workaround and all was solved in 5 minutes. Amazing help, amazing security. 11/10 would recommend!

As noted with other reviews there definitely is a lag in the response from the customer service personnel. They must be very busy since I did get 1 response around 12 midnight. However, they did fix the problem within a timely manner. I worked around this by making a response and then hours later checking to see if there was acknowledgment from the service personnel. This was slow mo but it did work. I had a major problem which was resolved. I have been with 1 password for the past 7-8 years and have been very satisfied with the security provided for my passwords and other information which I need to have stored in a safe place. I do appreciate the recent upgrades which will make this product even better. Great job!!!!!!

The best password manager out there managed by an amazing staff.

Takes forever for support which I still have not gotten. I got locked out of one of my account, reached out for help. Told me to make a new account, so I pay for another one. I reached out again to merged the two account and my account with deleted without notifying me. One day my account was deleted but no one contacted me they were working on my ticket or issue. All the response I got so far are generated by AI.

Support was hard to get to at first. There's no phone line, and the chat option just turns into an email ticket with very slow response time.

I only got anywhere after posting on X, where it was flagged as high priority. From there, Darcy was amazing. He was quick to respond and fixed our billing issue fast.

I was unable to access my account. The hotline representative provided excellent, easy-to-understand assistance to help me solve the problem. Everything worked perfectly on the first try. Many thanks for that!

So far I have found 1Password to be a dependable and easy to use product. Customer service is great. Fast and eager to help.

Switched from LastPass a few years ago and what a relief that was. The 1Password ecosystem is just perfect for my family, works on every device, looks nice, easy to use.

The customer service is fantastic once you reach them, though getting ahold of an actual person is a bit of a real challenge. For reference, connecting with a real human at my previous password manager took me 20 seconds flat (I actually timed it). However, 1Password has definitely won me over as a new customer. The UI is incredibly intuitive and fits perfectly into my daily workflows. I do recommend!

Support is replaced by useless AI.
If you experience an issue there is no one to help you - you will get few response from AI agent and this is it.
The company is showing they don't value you, your time and your business.
If my account gets suspended because if the issue no one cares about I am going to initiate a chargeback.
In any case I am done with this company.

Both the product and the support are top-notch. I love the product, and the support team truly cares about it and about how successful you are with it.

Gotta love 1Password’s system errors. They kindly tell you to contact customer support, and then take 9 full days to get back to you. Incredible dedication to keeping their paying users up and running!
