For me this has been the worst loan I ever had. you get only 3000 and they request you to pay 6, 000 because they include insurances that are optional, and interest is calculated to the 6, 000 not to the 3, 000 loan... Watch out with this type of loans.

I have worked with Brenda for many years and she has always been very helpful. I continue to tell others to use 1st Franklin when they have a need.

They are a great company and they are very helpful and know what they are doing.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mrs. Peterson at the Palomino Lane location in Adamsville. She was extremely helpful and so nice. She did everything she could to give me the best experience. I highly recommend her and the people of that location. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Pauline listen to what my need was and she started my application over the phone. I felt that she valued my time and I appreciated that. The process went smoothly, she made me feel comfortable and she answered my questions about the loan rate. And very helpful in assisting with what would work best for me as the customer regarding my payment. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and professional!
