I ordered a large ball for my 125lbs dog and received a small one. I attempted to contact the company on several occasions by email as there is no phone number available. When I unsubscribed I received a response from a so call customer service member by the name of Mark. An email copy of my order was requested and I included a photo of the ball I held in my hand.
Shame on me, I got scammed, shame on you for ripping people off who simply want to keep their dogs healthy.
