Replacement Cable
First, we bought two Alabaster Pendant Lights and they are exceptional in design and in build quality. Some time after installing them, the cable on one light got damaged and we needed to replace it. Since the light hang side-by-side, the replacement cable had to be an exact match. Customer service was very helpful and the company went out of its way to get that cable to me. Kudos to their whole team!
