I did appreciate the help of Alexis, by phone to cancel a ticket that was not correct (wrong month) and clear. I did by the flex option for 80% reimbursement. I could not resolve the reimbursement through the app. I sent an email but it came back as non existent. So I found the telephone number of OMIO Brazil in São paulo and called today. Alexis assisted me in an excellent way. I am disappointed that the reimbursement was not of 80 % but only 57%. Why? I don't know. When I bought the ticket, the Flex option purchase stipulated a reimbursement of 80%, or maybe I read wrongly. All 3 stars go to him only. Rgds.
