Phoned twice about my 5 month old crying so much they are inconsolable. I suspect teething may be an issue buy I'm not 100 percent sure. First time they told me someone would phone me back to give me advice and never did. Second time, apparently they don't give advice. So not even medical advice because apparently that's not what they are for. They don't care. Supposed to take 5 month old babies very seriously. I'm a first time mum for goodness sake. I had enough. I put the phone on them the second time. I am not listening to their nonsense .
Oh what a shocker, you are raising our bills yet again. Are you having a giraffe? You won't even help people who need help such as people like me on maternity pay, which means my wages are reduced. But it's ok for your selfish CEOs to be milking money off us. I will use my hosepipe whether you like it or not.

Hello Nikki,
We understand that any increase in household bills can be frustrating, especially when you're on maternity pay and managing a reduced income. We're sorry to hear about the pressure this is causing for you.
Like many utility companies, we have been affected by rising operational and investment costs. The increase in bills helps fund essential improvements to the water network, including upgrades to water treatment facilities, reducing leaks, and strengthening flood defences, all of which help us continue providing a safe and reliable water service for our customers.
We'd also like to reassure you that there is currently no hosepipe ban in place. While we do encourage customers to be mindful of their water usage, there are no restrictions on using hosepipes at this time.
If you're struggling with your bills, we do offer a range of support schemes, including the Big Difference Scheme, which can provide significant reductions for eligible customers on lower incomes.
To investigate this issue further, I’ll be sending you a direct message shortly to request your contact details. Once we receive your response, I’ll arrange for a member of the relevant team to get in touch with you directly to discuss the matter.
Apparently their staff can do no wrong. A few weeks I tried to board a tram and some elderly people I let off before trying to get on, were walking really slowly and I ended up not getting on. The door shut in my face and I was pushing a pushchair. Tram left. The elderly people were mocking me which made me even more infuriated. I've complained to West Midlands Metro, apparently the tram driver couldn't see me trying to get on because apparently the camera was blocked. What a load of rubbish. They do not give you enough time to get on after letting people off. Apparently they going to pass it on. I doubt it very much. They are more interested in money than anything to do with passengers.
TFWM are in cahoots with National Express. Neither companies care about bus passengers boiling to death on buses in ridiculous temperatures. But both companies are happy for bus fares to rise. TFWM allows this. Their customer service is shocking. They don't understand why I am so angry but I know their offices have air conditioning. Plus they feel sorry for big companies such as National Express but not the paying customers. I've got words I could call them but will not on here. Hope they all lose their jobs.
I've complained about there's no air con on buses especiallywhen temperature reaches over 30 degrees. I've been fed a load of bs excuses by staff that are sitting in air con offices and most likely laughing at us customers. Our bus fares go up every year but instead they keep profiting whilst our health and safety is put last. I refuse to use buses in ridiculous temperatures whilst I have a 4 month old baby. Also I reported National Express a while back for dangerous driving by a bus driver and I don't think anything ever come of it. Some of their bus drivers shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel.
