David is THE BEST!
We run an overnight summer camp and this is our second year in a row working with Charter Busline Corp. David is THE BEST! When we had a mishap with booking on our end, he found us a new bus within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. He goes above and beyond in his customer service. When we had a 13 year old forget his phone on the bus, he immediately contacted the operator to have them search for it and get it back to us. He negotiated prices for us, which as a grassroots nonprofit, was beyond helpful! We definitely plan to work with them in the many years to come! Thank you, David!
